Chapter 15: New Life

It has been a year since Mina died. A month after the burial, the father and daughter decided that they should start anew in the city. After all, Ayesha will take her college entrance exams and will stay in the city for her education. So instead of living apart, they decided to live together.

Her dad is only a farmer, so when they first came into the city, Ron had a hard time looking for a job. When they are about to lose hope, a prestigious family is looking for a gardener. So, Ron immediately grabbed the chance for their survival.

As good people are blessed by heaven, Ron landed the job. However, he has to live in the mansion and will be separated from his daughter. When Ayesha found out about it, she stopped him from rejecting the offer.

"It's alright Dad. We will just find a smaller apartment for me and we will see each other during weekends or your day-offs" she joyfully said.

"But I can't leave you alone. You're a woman. The city is not safe for you to live alone" he worriedly replied.

"It's fine, I am of legal age remember? Wouldn't be awkward if I still live with my Dad? Don't worry. We can call each other every night" she lovingly said while hugging his dad.

Ron relented to her and accepted the job. Both of them are working hard to move on from the heartbreak of losing Mina. Because of that, they tend to support each other.

Ayesha had successfully enrolled in a good school and once again at the top of her class. Because of the lack of money, she needs to apply for scholarships that is why maintaining her high grades is a must.

Ayesha has grown beautifully. She has a jet-black curly hair that reached her slim waist, a big and round hazel eyes, a well-proportioned nose and, enticing lips. Her face is beautiful that men would like to possess her. Adding her fair skin, well-endowed breasts, wide hips and long slender legs. You could say that she could be a model.

With all the attention that she got from the men, it is not news to her if she gain hate from women who were jealous of her. However, she never cared of what they think. For her, finishing school and getting a good paying job is her current goal.

When she was about to unlock the door of her apartment, a call came in. She immediately answered it when she saw that it was from her dad.

"Hello Dad? How are you?" she inquired.

"Hi Sha-sha. Ummm. Are you available tomorrow? Can you come here in the mansion tomorrow morning?" Ron carefully asked

"Well, I don't have class in the morning. So, I could drop by before I go to school in the afternoon."

"No, no, no. You must come here first thing in the morning. Okay? Good night" he hurriedly said and cut off the call.

Ayesha looked at her phone with a puzzled face.
