After those two have left our carriage and took their weapons from the carriage who is carrying weapons, we have started to move to our warzone. Fiona looked at me and then she asks me.
"What do you feel about that guy named Gregonson?"
"Well... Is probably a good guy, to be honest." I respond to Fiona's question.
"But what about Henderson?"
"How can I say this?... A guy who likes to make fun of you... What do people call this kind of guy again?"
"A fucker."
"Yes... A fucker."
Fiona laughed when I say that word because for her it was funny, but for me, it doesn't appear to be funny because being a guy like that means his life is probably a mess or worse, he is alone there and has nobody to rely on. After Fiona finished laughing, she looks at me and asked.
"You are innocent, but after this war, you will probably understand how does life and fate work in this world."
"Maybe..." I respond feeling anxious because I heard the myth about the war which they are probably going to be true, like those who fight in a war, are going to lose somebody dear to them, like a piece of their body, a friend or worse, their life.
After a few minutes, Fiona and I arrive at the desired destination, we both get off the carriage that dragged us all the way and we looked at the battlefield. On that battlefield, I noticed a spectacular and painful image, soldiers of my kingdom and the neighbouring kingdom who fight to the death only to obtain some land that will probably not belong to any of them, but more to a merchant. who makes money, at least that's what Fiona told me before we got to the castle to get in our carriages. As I watched that scene, I saw an arrow coming at us, I instinctively pulled out the wand, I aimed it at this arrow that was about to strike, and I used the magic spell T.N.T. to make that arrow explode, even if it didn't hit any of us because it wasn't even close to casting our shadow.
"Nice shot," says Fiona, impressed by my reaction, even though I had no idea what I was doing because this thing was, I think as everyone calls it, my reaction or an uncontrolled one.
"Thanks." I respond to Fiona putting my wand back and then ask her: "What are we going to do?"
"You stay here and try to destroy as many enemies as you can, while I and my sword will try to clear as many enemies as we can. However, it wouldn't hurt to kill some of my enemies trying to attack me from behind."
"What do you think are squires for?" I respond to Fiona being ready to cast as many T.N.T. spells as I can to stop the enemy's attack on our army. "Also, I can use that vampire spell?"
"Not now. Maybe when a serious attack comes. This one... is much easier than those wolves." Fiona said this reply, making me a little anxious because those wolves we controlled with were not so weak. "Did she fight more dangerous people than those wolves?" I thought, but then I remembered that this woman has a lot of scars and can turn into a vewolf, who can barely control him. "I just hope nothing would go wrong while we fight." I said that which sometimes can bring bad luck if I have to remember all those novels I read back in the Orphanage.
Fiona takes the lead, runs with the giant sword to the battlefield while shouting as if she had come out of a madhouse, and I have the position of the target, I direct the wand to an area of the battlefield and cast the spell magic called TNT to a beast of our kingdom that is numerically surrounded, but which can put even four people on the ground with one finger. That spell hit two enemy knights who flew a few meters. That beast returned to the area where that spell came from, showed me the okay sign, at which it started attacking those knights again. I, seeing how intensely that knight beast fights, decide to help her more in the fight using one of the spells I memorized from the spellbook I bought a few days ago.
I point the wand at that beast and I was ready to cast the "SmackDown" spell, a simple spell that increases power tenfold for a short time, but I notice a lot of enemies being beaten by that beast, so I decide to use this spell. someone else. And that person had just appeared, who was about to be annihilated by the axe. I cast this spell on the allied knight, and he, when hit, stops that axe with one hand, then squeezes it so hard that it crushes him. I want to remember that that axe was probably made of metal and iron, so the reaction of that enemy knight was probably funny. The knight who was struck by that spell holds his sword tight and begins to strike this enemy with a single blow of the sword, which does more damage than a strong wind in Florida. That sword flew a lot of enemies behind that battlefield knight. A few of our knights noticed this and turned to me in amazement, which made me feel shy and scared, but still, I smiled at them.
I noticed Fiona who was about to be hit by some spells, but when she was about to intervene to save her, a shield appeared above her head, which protected her and the other knights around her from those arrows that would have entered. and in the eyes, which are protected by the helmets that some of our knights wear.
I look in the direction where this spell came from and I notice that magician I met a few hours ago when I was ready to leave and who helped me with a certain spell. She looked back at me and smiled at me, then told me to go down and offer more help because upstairs you can be seen by the archers, who are already preparing to launch a new attack.
I begin to descend lower to that battlefield, as I descend, I notice two knights of the kingdom in which I live lying down and barely able to crawl. I point the wand at a few corpses, which I hope are still breathing, and use the healing spell on those corpses, even if I'm from a great distance. The spells I cast on the fallen soldiers caused some to rise and continue to fight for this land, but others remained on the battlefield. It seems that the healing spell only works on people who are seriously injured, but not on people who are already dead.
I saw those knights fighting so much brutal to those enemy knights who are almost made them dead. I saw an Allied soldier fly the head of an enemy using his mace, but also another soldier who used his spear to paint the bare head of an enemy soldier making it into a block of cheese from the series Tom and Jerry. Then I noticed something in Fiona, she used her giant sword to cut more than one corpse, this woman cut off three heads in one shot. Some knights tried to run away from the path of that dangerous woman, but in vain, every time Fiona turned her sword, two or three people began to fall like thin wood in the wind. Fiona cut so many knights that I wonder why she doesn't stop, what does she think of when she provokes this brutal gesture?
It didn't take long, and enemy knights began to retreat at the sight of several Allied knights rising healed, struck by Fiona's huge sword, crushed by the beast's earlier beast, or projected by spells that magicians on this battlefield possess them. This first day of mine on the battlefield helped me understand something, life can easily be taken in a war, but outside of it, a life disappears very easily.
