Brothers Flint - Part 4

I am staying in an abandoned building, at the window on the first floor, and waiting for Brothers Flint to come out from the city and looked at every place for a guard who is outside and checking for something around the outside of walls, and I think someone has seen Brothers Flint climbing the wall to enter that town. I wish they will be alright, there.

Brothers Flint have successfully infiltrated into the enemy territory, and they have to go and capture that dammed noble who got the balls to become the General of an army that is much worse than one composed of skeletons. Why skeletons? They literally cannot survive one sword hit because they can instantly die because... they are made of pure human bones and with no flesh... Well... If they are some kind of cursed skeletons... There will not be any problem... They could survive a sword hit, but with a Fiona sword hit, they will truly become dust.

The Flint brothers start walking through the dark areas of the city, passing guards who sleep at their job or playing poker with poor villagers. The flint brothers still enter a tavern, but when they entered that tavern because they could not take it elsewhere. "Y-Yeah. that one," says Lucian.

"He is located three blocks away from there, in his big tower. Do you want some guidance there?"

"No. Do not worry." says Lucian to that generous owner. "We can go there by ourselves."

"Okay, then. Anyway, be careful around here. there are many guards placed there because the noble has started to act paranoiac in the last days."

"Really?" asks Louis the owner of the Tavern who makes Lucian feel worried that his brother will commit another mistake in a big mission. "How come?"

"It is the fact that the warriors of the Kingdom of Romania have invaded his Kingdom for the fact that they wanted to kill him and take the power and unite this sacred land to their dirty land."

"Dirt land?" asks Louis making Lucian almost screaming at him and wanted to wish for that abortion to happen.

"That land... Ugh. It is so bad and also the power there is just... Wrong. Here our King is just like us, a common peasant who just got voted by the people to become the king. There, if the king had children, then those will be the next successor to the throne. Which is pretty unfair to me. Making a kid become a king and not someone who got ideas to become king, is just wrong."

Louis and Lucian realize one thing, this man is brainwashed, because the king of the kingdom of Romania had also been a poor citizen, only he had received power since he found out that a secret relative of his was part of his royal family, and he became king of this kingdom for more than five years. Lucian and Louis say goodbye to the owner of the Tavern and continue on their way to the nobleman who is hiding in this city. By the time they reached that nobleman, they had to go through the city's sewers, put down two ground guards of the main entrance, and Louis had done so using both knives he had thrown from fifteen yards to the necks of those. guards. For Louis, this throw is nothing at all. Before he became a member of the Royal Army, he had been a professional knife thrower and even won a few trophies in this competition. After he took the guards down, Louis and Lucian have entered the building where those two guards were protecting and making their way up to the room where the General is located. While they were walking in the darkness and like professional robbers, Louis is remembering the discussion he had with one of the scouts he had earlier, about the room where is General located.

"It is in room 45." whispers Louis to Lucian.

"Alright, buddy." says Lucian walking with Louis on some pillars and then making their way up to the room where is General located by throwing knives on the guards, pushing them over the railing, and falling into the piranha fish pool which is set up for the General to see his enemies being swallowed by some mythical fish, or worse, cutting their neck while they were peeing in some royal ornaments because the bathroom was full, and you cannot pee in the pool full of piranhas and blood from the last body ( that one just happened to one keeper who just got pushed a few minutes ago).

It took a few hours, and they have arrived in front of that room. And there, those two have decided to break into the room and aimed with their weapons at the general, but when they have arrived there, something strange and disturbing has happened. The General there is already dead, and in that room was a woman who was about to leave the room by jumping from the window, but Louis has used the spell "Freeze" and the woman has stopped moving right when she was about to jump from this length.

"It looks like we got some deep problems, brother." says Lucian looking at the General corpse.

"Big issue, Lucian." says Louis going closer to the General body and looking at his wounds at the neck and finding something that helps him how he got killed without asking that woman who was about to escape, and now she is tied by Lucian. "He got hit by one poison arrow in the neck."

"Ouch..."

"It is really painful, and there is no cure for this type of ammo. Not even a wizard could heal the person who got affected by this dammed spell."

"I see... Now what we are going to do?"

"We will let the girl here and get out of-"

"General!" yelled one guard entering the room with another three guardians. "I heard something, so I-" he sees the body of his dead General and instantly looks at those two fighters. "You son of Romanians! Kill them!"

And those four guards have charged with their swords and spears into Brothers Flint. Lucian took his sword and cut those two warriors who are approaching him with a few dozens of hits, and Louis had easy with those warriors who were coming to him, he used the spell "Shotgun" on both of them, and they got mutilated.

When they finished with those warriors, Lucian put the sword back to his case and took the woman frozen body with him. After he took the woman, he and Louis were leaving the house while they were fighting the upcoming guards who wanted to kill them for the reason that they thought that they killed the General, but it isn't them, is that dammed blonde woman.
