Hot Spring (II)

At first, everything was normal, but then the atmosphere started growing thick with tension.

Despite the big size of the spring, she ended up sitting right next to Li Wei. And now, it had become an issue. Every brush of skin against skin sending a shiver through her body.

In the steamy haze of the hot spring, the heat between them was palpable, like the air had been charged with an undeniable energy. It was impossible to ignore the way their arms occasionally grazed each other, the accidental touch of hands beneath the surface of the water, each contact sending waves of heat coursing through her.

Li Wei's presence beside her was overwhelming. His dark eyes flicked over to her every now and then, their intensity growing with each passing second.

He wasn't saying anything, and neither was she. The silence only made it worse. It was thick, suffocating, as though both of them were waiting for something to snap.
