Da Xia woke up slowly, cocooned in warmth and surrounded by the soft breaths of her husbands. The morning light was just beginning to filter through the curtains, casting a golden glow over the room.
She felt their arms wrapped protectively around her, and for a moment, she remained still, soaking in the sense of peace that radiated from them.
But her body, still tender from the night before, protested as she tried to move. Gently, she wiggled free from their embrace, careful not to disturb them. She found her robe draped over the chair by the bedside and slipped it on, relishing the feel of the soft fabric against her skin.
Quietly, she entered her space to tend to her needs. Her body needed immediate care and this was the perfect place for that.
