Love in War

What motivated anyone to do anything?

People liked to believe that they were logical, if not predisposed to rationality, that they could steer their emotions away and choose the decision that resulted in the good, the better, if not the best answer to any of their problems or situations.

They were wrong.

Humans, if not only to them because that was being speciesist, but to everyone who had the capacity to think and feel at the same time would find themselves, most often, if not always motivated by what their hearts would say.

It was possible that the mind could tell them that it was what they had thought of and made as a conclusion, but whether discerned or not, acknowledged or not by those who live in their day-to-day lives, emotions played a vital role in any decision making process.

And especially to those who were motivated in the realm of relationships.
