He regarded me, remarking, "That's not very nice, even to a stranger! I am not crazy, whatever that word means... I just need your help. You're the first person I have seen, and I don't know anyone here. Can you just give me a break..."

Observing the genuine sadness on his face, I decided to inquire further, "Alright, fine. If I'm going to help you, at least let me know your name." His spirits lifted in mere seconds, and seeing his smile actually prompted a small one on my own lips.

"Lu Jinyu... What's yours?" The thought struck me – how could someone who seemed Chirolanian look so pale? Even his hair was white, which was rather unusual. People weren't born with white hair. "Oh, my name is Irene... Irene Max." We shook hands, and I couldn't help but notice the unexpected softness of his hand.

"So, Irene... um, I'm half Chirolanian and half Tylerian. I was born in Tyleria." I nodded, "Um, I'm also from Tyleria." His gaze suddenly dropped to the ground, and he picked up a glowing stone. I could feel warmth emanating from it, even though I wasn't touching it – it I knew it was a magic stone! You could just feel it.

"Woah, how did you know that was a magic stone? It looked just like the other rocks. And don't you dare absorb its magic!" I exclaimed, snatching it from his hand. At that abrupt moment, he started chasing me. He turned out to be surprisingly fast, wearing a white shirt and tight trousers. I sprinted faster, but then I tripped. Before I knew it, he was holding me. How did he manage to cover that distance so quickly?

Yet, the most unsettling thing was the proximity of our faces. I couldn't help but notice his sharply defined jawline and the mesmerizing beauty spot below his cheek, leading up to his wavy white hair. My expression remained frozen. I had seen plenty of good-looking guys in movies, but this was different. Then, a terrible thought crossed my mind – I focused on his beautiful pink lips. I pushed him away. How could I, Irene Max, entertain such thoughts? I wasn't a weirdo, right? I quickly dismissed the notion, getting up abruptly.

Walking away, I noticed him following me. I said, "Look, where is your house? I have a little cash. I can get you a taxi." He shook his head and then spoke in a cute voice, "Well... The problem is... I don't have a place to stay. Can I..."

I rudely interrupted, "Nuh-Uh, I already know how that sentence is going to end, and the definite answer is no."

He looked disheartened. I couldn't help but pity him. But my mom was in the hospital, and I think Jullian said he would be away for about 3 days.

"No offense, but you're kind of a complete stranger. What if you steal something in my house or even... Just NO WAY. It's not even possible for you to stay. I mean, like, nuh-Uh!"

I glanced at his wrist; the bracelet was still there, its pearls dangling, shiny. It reminded me of my dad; he had the same bracelet. Did this mean I could trust him? Not just anyone could possess that bracelet. It was not possible to replicate it or for it to end up in the hands of another. Those who had it swore a lifelong oath. At the time, I had wondered why my father had done that. He gave it to special people, those he could trust and rely on. I pondered deeply, not noticing Lu Jinyu's intense stare. "Uh, what are you thinking about? You've been in your own world for like 5 minutes now. I'm super hungry!"

Looking at him as if he were an animal, I rolled my eyes. He frowned at my sudden rudeness. "If you think I'm letting you stay, I'm not!" I said nonchalantly, pulling out my holo-phone, and the hologram projected into the air. Lu Jinyu looked at it with surprise as I opened Google. "What are you doing?" "I'm searching for hotels... but they're all fully booked! Today is a day celebrating Child Care Hospital, remembering when they saved 10,000 kids in one day. Hotels, especially, sponsor this day here—UGHH! The only available hotel is too far away, and I don't have enough money. Should I let him stay? Hmm..."

"Okay, I'll let you stay." I knew this was likely the stupidest decision, inviting a stranger over. But something – maybe that damn bracelet – whispered to let him stay. I mean, that wasn't normal. "But only for 3 days!" Lu Jinyu looked ecstatic, and he even attempted to give me a hug.

And I despised hugs. Pushing him away at lightning speed, I retorted, "Thank you, even though I don't know you, and you don't know me. You let me stay with you. You have a good heart..." I shrugged with a smug expression. He suddenly leaned forward until I could smell his minty breath. "But don't you think it's inappropriate for a boy and a girl to stay in the same house alone? Anything could happen."

I answered defiantly, "Well, it's not good to think such things. Because they will never happen!" Then he stepped backward, "How do you know they won't?"

I smiled confidently, stepping forward and leaning in, "That's because if you keep asking such things, you won't have to worry because you'll be asleep in the streets. I'm sure you'd love it there!" I said, offering him a cold, icy smile before turning and walking away.

"So first, of course, we are going to establish some rules. Rule number 1:

1. Don't invade each other's privacy or rooms. Don't steal anything and run away."

He looked at me as though I were mad.

2. "Don't disobey me. Be obedient, like a dog."

He frowned, "Am I a dog or something like that?" I clarified, "I mean like a dog – ahem, in the sense of not doing something stupid or using my belongings. Just do what I say, not anything bad."

"Alright," he said, shrugging.

3. "Don't eat MY food. Also, we can't be more than 8 inches away from each other, and don't tell anyone we live together."

He casually shrugged again.

4. "Be nice to me, and don't ever try to take a magic stone again, no matter where we are, okay?"

Lastly, number 5. "We have to try not to fight in the house or even outside, okay?"

He replied with a smirk, mimicking me, "Kay. Those rules seem okay to me."

"Alright, that's good. Now let's go. By the way, I have a time limit to be here – 30 minutes. If I disappear, the address is Cross Lane Road ******* okay?" He nodded in approval as I headed to the taxi station. We got into the floating taxi, which rose into the air. The silence was peaceful, but then just as I opened my mouth to say something I felt like water engulfed me.

A few seconds later I opened my eyes and I was in the field, with a few girls then suddenly before I could even blink multiple girls appeared. I saw Malkaya, and walked over to her she was squealing about her second adventure on a mountain, to a group of girls as she hadn't told anyone where she went for the first time.

Of course, I had no intention of asking.

Malkaya was a very transparent person, and we had known each other since childhood.

She was never the type to keep things from me or show her inner emotions as her abusive childhood had taught her to never express herself fully. That was my first time seeing a tear drop from her eye. So I just looked at her smiling as she ecstatically turned to me.

She looked at me and said happily, "I went to the Arcain mountain and I saw Reynold Lax one of the most famous explorers but I was too afraid to talk to him .... anyways where did you visit?"

I answered hesitantly quietly to Malkaya as I sat down beside her, as she was the only person I really trusted.

"Oh me, you should know I went Kaya Sunset beach Island and I met.... No one I was alone, the water was really... pretty."

Yet I felt like I should also keep the rule I made and not tell a single person.

I disembarked from the taxi, alone, just as she had instructed. I gave the driver the cash and paused at the entrance. That's when I realized I didn't have her fingerprints. Her eye scanner scanned my eyes, and I heard a beep, indicating that it didn't match.

So, I simply touched it and teleported through the door. Inside, I was greeted by a spacious hallway with glass spiral stairs leading upwards. Spotting a door that led to the living room, I observed a massive glass TV and a hover phone on the wall. Making my way to the kitchen, I opened the fridge, revealing drinks, food, and more. Everything seemed a bit unfamiliar. I glanced at the foods, feeling a bit confused. What were these items? I grabbed a brownie that emitted a delightful aroma before closing the fridge.

I calmly wandered around, taking in the sight of tall vases with floating flowers. On the wall, there were portraits of a beautiful woman in her youth. She had a bright, dimpled smile and long, silky red hair. I recognized her – Irene's mother.

As I continued scanning, I saw pictures of Irene as a child with vivid purple hair bouncing on her shoulders. A radiant smile adorned her face as she wore a flowery dress. The portraits radiated love and the happiness of their past.

My attention returned to another big red, shiny fridge. I opened it again, finding a variety of items. This time, my stomach rumbled more insistently after eating the brownie. I decided to try one of the unfamiliar edible objects. I retrieved a piece of white, slim, smooth bread. Something told me to spread the yellow cream on the bread. I assembled the sandwich and took a big bite, savoring the fusion of cream and bread as I chewed. The taste was surprisingly delightful.

Heading upstairs, I discovered several colossal bedrooms adorned with floating paintings on the silvery walls. One room was beautifully decorated in blue, adorned with butterflies and paintings of the sky. The bed was substantial, its canopy cascading above it like a gentle rain.

Already feeling tired, I noted that I had never acted so childishly before. It was a departure from my naturally calm and mature demeanor. I impulsively leaped onto the floating bed, sinking into it with a contented groan.

Undeniably, Irene Max was extremely beautiful, a fact she appeared unaware of. She possessed the most unique qualities, like her diamond also extremely unique. Closing my eyes, I waited patiently for her return.

Irene was special, unlike the others, and my purpose was to help her recognize that fully...
