Adventurer Practice building (Shinya's Office Room)
Him and Amaya both sat in his office. She sat on a soft smooth blue-colored couch as Shinya sat on an office chair behind his desk.
"Okay, Amaya, mind telling me what skills you possess? I have a skill that allows me to analyze your stats and your skills, so there' no need to lie."
"Analyze, Dash, Penetrate, Rage 2, Speed Boost, Sixth Sense, Storage, Fast Tracking, Night Vision, Burst, Attack Amplifier, Second Chance and Awaken. Those are all my skills."
Shinya wore a surprised look on his face as he looked at her stats and skills.
(Amaya: Level: 198 Hp:64,987 Mp: 13,500 Atk: 13,100 Speed: 414 Endurance: 570.)

He then spoke.
"Amaya, you possess 4 Incrediably rare skills but, your stats don't quite put you on the level of a Silver-rank. Then again, your ability in combat puts you on the level of a Gold rank. As much as I would like to, I can't be nice and just give you a boost to Silver-rank. However, if you can take down fifty percent of my health then I just might. We can use our full strength without worry about being killed. I have a worker that has a revival skill.
Are you up to the challenge?"
Amaya seemed somewhat hesitant as his stats came into view.

She then replied.
"Yeah, let's do this."
Adventurer Practice Building (Training Room #12)
Amaya stood on one side of the room while Shinya stood on the other.
He then turned his head to look at his worker, who was a blond haired girl with brown eyes wearing a business suit.
"Give the signal telling us when to start the match. Anything goes in this match."
The worker nodded.
"Y-Yes sir."
He then turned back to face Amaya.
"Give this your all."
Amaya then nodded and began thinking to herself.
"I have an advantage because of my speed but I don't know what skills he has up his sleeve because I didn't get a chance to look. I guess I'm about to find out what the Defender's guild master is capable of."
The worker then gave the signal.
"Start!"
"With this, I can land a strike first." Amaya thought to herself.
['Burst has been activated]
[Enemy has activated 'Stop']
['Burst' has been deactivated] Amaya stoppedin confusion.
"Huh? Why didn't it work? What happened?"
Shinya began walking closer and closer as he explained.
"It's a skill of mine. It allows me to deactivate one of your skills every ten seconds. Good luck trying to use them."
"He's the perfect counter for someone with skills like mine." Amaya thought to herself.
[Enemy has activated 'Burst']
Amaya's eyes widened as he suddenly showed up behind her.
She quickly turned to face him but was struck in the stomach, sending her across the floor.

She then let out a breath before jumping back to her feet.
[Speed Boost has been activated]
Shinya smiled.
"Stop."
['Speed Boost' has been deactivated.]
"He's really not going easy on me is he?" Amaya thought to herself.
He then jumped forward and swung his fists a great number of times.
Amaya quickly moved side to side then firmly kicked at his chest, pushing him back.

His speed had gotten faster as he ran at Amaya.
He swung his fist as she moved to the side, barley dodging.
Amaya was surprised by his increase in speed.
"I'm at a really big disadvantage." She thought to herself.
Shinya then swung his leg at her as she crossed her arms.

Her feet slid back as she struggled to keep her balance.
Shinya then ran towards her once more as he swung his fist.

A kick to the chest.
She then took a couple steps back.

He then raised his fists and began swinging his fists in a professional and unpredictable way.
16 hits he swung as Amaya dodged them.
He then swung a kick aimed for Amaya's side. She had barely noticed his leg coming closer and closer, then striking her.
She was knocked to the ground.

She then slowly stood up as Shinya thought to himself.
"I forgot that she had those two skills."

['Burst' has been activated] Amaya then shot forwards as she swung her fist and shouted.
"Attack Amplifier!"
He quickly thought to himself as her fist got closer and closer.
"What?! She'll destroy me with that. I need to defend."
[Enemy has activated 'Damage Resistance']
Shinya quickly crossed his arms as Amaya slammed her fist into him.
A violent burst of wind shook the air and he was sent flying into a wall.

"I think I went a little too much overboard." Amaya thought to herself.
The lady who had been watching them was shocked as she ran towards shinya.
"Guild master!! Are you okay?"
She then held out her hand as she approached him.
"Revive!"
Shinya slowly opened his eyes then gasped for air as he kneeled down.
The lady was visibly concerned for his health.
"Are you okay?! Should I call the medics?"
After a couple seconds of heavy breathing he had finally caught his breath. He held out his hand towards the lady as he reassured her.
"I'm alright." Shinya then stood up as he thought to himself.
"I'm pretty sure I just died for a second. Amaya, you have potential to become a Legendary-ranker in a short amount of time. We need to get you as strong as we can. You will be a great weapon If I can get you to join the dungeon raid."
Amaya then walked over to him.
"I'm sorry, I went a little overboard."
"It's alright, I'm still alive, so there's no need to worry."
He then put his hand on her shoulder.
"I haven't forgotten about the deal I made. I will change your rank to silver at number 78. Also, I still haven't given you your weapon, what would you like?"
"I want the strongest katana you can make. Can you also add some sort of special weapon skill to it."
Shinya took his hand off of her shoulder as he replied.
"Yes, I can."
He then turned to face a set of doors leading out into the hallway as he continued.
"I'll have the strongest weapon possible be made for you. Until then, get stronger."
"I will." Amaya replied.
She thought to herself as he walked out.
"Why does he want me to get stronger? Nevermind that, I still have an S-rank dungeon that I want to clear. I better head over there."

Five minutes later…. Amaya ran through the town at an amazing speed.
Every person she passed was surprised as her speed made wind shake around. Her running then came to a stop as she stood in front of the guild.
The wall that was once broken was now fixed with no sign of it ever being damaged.
"This town has a really good repair team." Amaya thought to herself.
She then pushed the doors open and walked in.
All the adventurers stared at her as she walked up to the quest wall.
As she looked at the quests, she could hear several different conversations about her.
"That's her, right?"
"Yeah, I heard she's unbelievably strong."
"Look, it's her. She's the one that beat a legendary-rank monster in a single punch."
"Wow, do you think she'll be the next one to become a Legendary-ranker?"
"Yeah, man. She's probably already on that level of power."
Amaya then thought to herself.
"Everyone's really dramatic,I'm not that strong yet."
She then let out a sigh and looked at the papers on the wall.
(Quest: Clear bug type dungeon. Rank: Silver Reward: 14,000 Honor)
(Quest: Clear demon type dungeon. Rank: Platinum Reward: 100,000 Honor)
(Quest: Slay the magic dragon and destroy it's nest. Rank: Platinum Reward: 50,000 Honor)
(Quest: Find the base of undead soldiers and destroy them. Rank: Gold Reward: 22,000 Honor)
(Quest: Defeat the goblin group that had gathered by a nearby town.
Rank: D Reward: 1,000 Honor)
Suddenly, one of the quests caught her eye.
(Emergency Quest: A dungeon had appeared next to the town of Mareve. Only those ranked Silver and above may participate in the raid.
Rank: Legendary Reward:1,000,000)
"A legendary ranked dungeon? That may be a bit difficult for me right now. I'll settle for the Silver-rank dungeon for now."
Amaya then tore the quest off the wall and walked out of the guild as the eyes of everyone followed her.
"Now I know why Akemi hides her appearance." Amaya thought to herself.

Atsuya had arrived right outside of the Legendary-rank dungeon.
As he approached, the eyes of the adventurers were drawn towards him.
He was greeted by Gaku.
"Silver-rank, number two, Atsuya. It's been awhile."
Atsuya then replied.
"Yes, it has."
"So why have you come here?" Gaku asked.
"The guild master asked for my participation in the dungeon raid. Knowing that it's right next to a large town, I can't just ignore it."
Atsuya turned his head and made eye contact with Kioshi.
He glared at Atsuya and walked over.
"So, your saying that if the dungeon was somewhere else then you would have just abandoned us."
Kiosi, he was the type to pick fights with other high rankers. A man who wanted to show off his speed and skills.
Atsuya was visibly angered by this.
"I didn't say that at all! You dumb or something?"
"Not dumber than a wanna be legendary-ranker like you."
"Just because you're a legendary ranker you think that someone in a lower ranking can't give you a good beating?"
Kisohi's eyes glew purple as he spoke.
"That's exactly what I think. Do you actually think you can hurt me in a fight? You think highly of yourself."
He then poked his chest.
Atsuya quickly and tightly grabbed his wrist. His eyes gleamed a bright-blue color as he stared at Kioshi, face to face.
"If It wasn't for the overall requirement, my skill would put me at a higher level than you."
Kioshi quickly pulled his wrist away from Atsuya's grip then pulled down his mask.
"Is that so? Let's put your little theory to the test. If you can hit me once then I lose. But if I hit you once, you lose."
Gaku then shouted.
"Wait! You guys can't fight. We have to focus on guarding."
Kioshi then glared at him.
"Step back, small fry."
He then looked back at Atsuya.
"Let's start our little match now, shall we?"
He then began running in circles around Atsuya. He was moved so fast that all the other adventurers could only see his afterimages. Every step Kioshi took would shake the air around.
Atsuya stood there, his eyes were able to keep up with his movements as he thought to himself.
"The nerve of the guy...I won't hurt him too bad, I'll just put him in his place."
A phrase came up into his view.
['Limit Break' has activated]
Atsuya then let out a sigh.
"I hope I don't accidentally kill him."
As Kioshi ran, he grinned.
"What's the matter? You barely realized that you can't compete?!"
He then rushed at Atsuya from behind and swung his fist.
Kioshi was shocked as Atsuya quickly turned and looked at him.
"He can see me?!"
At that moment, Atsuya was suddenly next to him.
"Sit down." He then swung his leg, hitting Kioshi's knee.
He roughly fell to the ground, making it crack.

All the other adventurers were shocked. They were not able to see any of their movements because of their speed but now they stared at Kioshi who was laying on his back.
Atsuya looked down at him.
"So, I guess I win?"
Thought rushed through Kioshi's head.
"How did I lose? I was definitely faster, how did he even touch me? Just...what is he?"
Atsuya then let out a sigh.
"Get up already, you're making me seem like a bad guy."
Kioshi slowly stood up.
"I guess you won, fair in square." He turned around and walked over behind a tree then sat there. His spirit and his pride had been broken.
"I kinda feel bad now." Atsuya thought to himself.
He then looked at the sky and sighed.
"I guess at the end of the day he still only is 19."
At that moment, his magic communicator began vibrating in his pocket.
"I bet it's the guild master."
He then pulled it out and held it up to his ear.
"Hello, what is it?" He asked.
"Tell the other that it will be a week until the dungeon raid." It was the guild master, just like he had predicted.
"A week? I thought you said it was going to be in a couple days?"
"I know, I'm sorry but we need more time to gather members. Also, I think I found someone capable of becoming a legendary-rank in just a short amount of time."
Atsuya was surprised as he had never heard of such a thing.
"Really, who?"
The guild leader then chuckled.
"It's the person you told me about, Amaya. She's a member of the guild now. Right now she's Silver-rank at number 78. She also has a great amount of rare skills, one of them allows her to get stronger when she loses a certain amount of health."
"Understood, I'll let the other know that the guardian period has been extended."

Amaya ran her way through the dungeon, cutting down each and every monster then came her way. She had been there for about 30 minutes and barely saw a sign of the boss room. She stared straight ahead into the darkness.
['Night Vision' has been activated]
She was now able to see clearly. Up ahead was a pair of giant red doors.
"That must be the boss room." She thought to herself.
She then walked up to them and pushed them open with all her might.
As they flew open the wind shook all around.
"Maybe I didn't have to push that hard." Amay thought to herself.
She then began walking in. The room lit up from a giant crystal at the top. The room was gigantic and looked ten times the size of any football field.
Up ahead was a group of creatures that stood around 15 feet tall.
Each had one big eye in the middle of their forehead and razor sharp teeth.
There were 10 of the creature's in total and behind them stood a giant one. That one stood around 30 feet tall and it's eye stayed shut as it stood there.
Amaya stared at it as it's stats came into view.

She then turned and looked at the others.

"This probably won't be that hard." Amaya thought to herself.
She then began walking forward. The creatures noticed her except for the bigger one. They all started running towards her.
Amaya held out her hand as her Katana appeared.
['Penetrate' has been activated]
['Burst' has been activated] Amaya then shot forward, passing the monsters as she swung her sword.
Four of them instantly lost their heads then fell over.

Amaya then turned to face the rest.
They're eyes began glowing as a bright beam of light shot out at her.
"Dash! "She jumped to the side and held out her hand.
"Flame, Attack Amplifier."
A giant spinning flame shot out from her hand hitting the rest of them.
Seconds past as the flame kept on until eventually dying out.
As it stopped, the creatures all fell to the floor with burnt skin.

A description came up into view.

The giant creature then opened its eye.
Amaya turned and was grossed out as she noticed it.
"Gross...that giant eyeball is kinda nast."
Amaya stared at the creature as it's eye began glowing blue.
Suddenly, a great beam of light shot out and struck Amaya.

As the light stopped shooting, it was noticeable that it had left giant burn marks and destroyed the set of doors.
['Second Chance' has activated]
['Awaken' has activated]

She slowly stood up as she let out a breath.
"I bet you used up all of your mana on that one attack, hoping to kill me. I mean, you did but, I'm back."
['Rage 2' has activated] Her eyes then began glowing purple looking as if fog was dripping from her eye sockets.
She then began walking towards the creature.
"Now let me show what a real boss is like."
The creature lifted it's foot and stomped down on her, cracking the ground.
It then lifted it's foot back up. Amaya was nowhere to be seen as the creature heard a voice in its ear.
"Looking for me?" It was Amaya and she now stood on his shoulder.
['Penetrate' has been activated] Amaya jumped up and slammed her fist into the creature's eye.

The air shook as the creature stepped back in pain. Amaya gracefully landed on her feet.
The cyclops then opened it's eye back up and let out a loud screeching sound.
Amaya covered her ear as there seemed to be no stop to the noise.
"Oh my gosh….."

The wind violently shook as Amaya jumped up into the air and slammed her fist into the creature's chest.
"...Shut UP!!!!"

The creature blew apart as Amayasmothly landed back on the ground.
"Finally, it's over. That thing was loud."
Amaya then turned and saw a bright red book with a purple gem in the middle.
"What is that?" She then walked over to it and kneeled down.
['Analyze' has been activated]
(Item: Skill book Description: When opened a list of skills will show up. After choosing which skill you want, the book will disappear.)
"Oh, that's cool." Amaya thought to herself.
She then opened the book and a list came up into her view.
(You may choose one of the following skills: Gate, Teleport, Conceal, Brawler, Blade Dance, Shockwave, Sneak, Lifesteal, Absorb, Double Cast)
After staring at the list for some time, Amaya had finally made her decision. I'll take Teleport.

Amaya turned around and began walking towards the now destroyed doors.
"Time to clear some more dungeons."
