Back In The Pesesnt
"What do you mean kill him," Aiden asked in shock.
"If you're unable to take a life in this world you will just end up dying," the voice answered.
"What do you mean by this world," he asked in a voice laced with confusion.
"Of course this isn't your world just think about it, you suddenly wake up in an unknown place filled strange people and a unknown voice in your head what do you thin," the voice answered in a sarcastic tone.
"What is the last thing you remember," voice asked in a more serious tone that it's usual playful one.
Aiden thought about it for a moment, but no matter how hard he tried he couldn't recall anything; his memories were nothing more than vague images.
Every time he tried to focus on any of them he would feel a sharp piercing pain in this head like something was preventing he from accessing any information about himself.
The only thing he definitely knew was his name and age, he knew he did loose his memories but just couldn't get to them.
"If this really is a different world this could be some side-affect from crossing worlds, but to be shoure I better ask her.
"I don't know if I can trust her but she seems to be trying to help me, however it might be because I have some use, well even if that is the case there isn't anything I can do yet.
Aiden knew only what he was told about this world from the mysterious woman or at least he assumed it was considering based on the feminine qualities it carried.
"I don't remember much about myself or my original world, it's like the memories are their but I can't.....
"You can't see them clearly like there is a fog covering everything," the woman asked
"Yes, that's exactly right is it some kind of side affect of transmigration."
"No, unfortunately not it seems someone has sealed your memories," the woman answered in a grave tone.
When Aiden heard that he furrowed his brows and thought for a second before asking in a hesitant tone, "Can you unseal them."
"I don't know, I would have to check how strong the seal is before I can give a definitely answer.
Aiden was curious about how that works so he decided to ask, "How would that work exactly."
She was silent for a moment before answering in a calm, " I would have to examine you in person, to understand the full extent of the seal.
"So your not like a ghost or something huh, he said in surprised.
It was in that moment he a 'click' sound, he turned his head in its direction to see the door opening.
"It seems like there is no more time to be hesitant.
