He thought he was cursed and yet he smiled.
This smile of his he did not know what it was that caused him to smile but he did not care as long as he was able to walk and breath then the purpose of his life was almost nearly fulfilled he just needed to deal with the man who had caused him to smile.
I thought what it was next that I was going to do, and I simply had to travel to the capital Kyoto where the general would reside. But first I would need my sword and my clothes and for that I would have to travel to my hometown which would have been inevitably destroyed due to the fact of how that town had bred most of the army, some sadness awaited me when I arrived but not for my parents if not for my comrades parents my own had died a long time ago and I had shed my tear then. I had to walk to my town a good two hours and I wondered what awaited me and I also thought as to why I was the only one alive maybe a god had taken a liking to me.
And a god had taken a liking to him just not a god that he would have thought of and as he walked a lonely path something followed in his shadow.
