Chapter 15

Two weeks later,

"So, they're probably planning something aren't they." Hiruzen sighed. "Unfortunately there's not much we can do about it, other than prepare. If we make the first move, we'll be the ones who broke the treaty. The Chunin Exams are in 4 months. They'll most likely make a move during them. Alright, your team will be participating in the Chunin Exams, correct?"

"Yes, Hokage." Himari replied.

"Okay. One last thing. It should have taken you three days to a week at most to arrive at the Hidden Sand Village, and from there, the same to get back. I'm sure you weren't fighting for two weeks straight, even if the enemy sent 6 elite jonin to assassinate you. Especially if the enemy sent 6 jonin to assassinate you. So what happened?" Hiruzen questioned.

"Hokage, Yoruichi is calling me." Himari said and immediately use shunpo to escape back to the Nekotsume Clan.

"Seriously, you damn cats are annoying." Hiruzen said to himself. "At least you're extremely capable elites and get things done on time when it actually matters." He laughed thinking of the troublesome clan. 'The three kids have at least been forced to be less lazy than their elders. Though, one of them is obviously trying his best to be the most lazy. Still, the future's looking bright. Even Team 7 was able to handle a mission that turned into an A-rank on their own.' He thought.

"Sorry, Karma." Ailane whispered as she activated her Ketsuryugan. Karma was asleep, so she took the opportunity to put him under her genjutsu. She did this to show him visions of her dying, hoping it would unlock Karma's own Ketsuryugan.

Karma was having a great dream. He was floating down a river of milk with Ailane on a soft bed. She had been by his side the longest, and after an eternity of loneliness, he quickly grew very attached to her. Karma knew if anything happened to her, he would use his actual powers to reverse time and fix things. And since the previous years she was always in his dreams, by his own design.

Then he suddenly woke up. The Ailane in his dreams vanished, and he had linked that to the real Ailane. Which meant something happened to her. Naturally, he used the best solution he could. He left his body and stopped time. Once he did, it was very apparent he was in an illusion. In fact, he was still asleep.

Ailane had placed him under a genjutsu. He could assume the reason why. 'That was really unnecessary, Ailane.' He thought. He manually activated his Ketsuryugan and dispelled the genjutsu. Then, he entered his body and woke up. His eyes were the Ketsuryugan Ailane had hoped would appear.

"Ailane." He frowned when he saw her. "Don't do that again. Ever." Then he went back to sleep. He wasn't actually going to get mad at her. It's not like she knew he could simply activate his Ketsuryugan. Even if he didn't inherently have the ability, he could just grant it to himself.

One week later.

It was early morning when Karma arrived at Training Ground 7. It was the day he promised Sakura to train together. Karma had hoped she would forget about it, but it seemed he underestimated her feelings. The day after Team 12 returned, Sakura went directly to his clan to remind him.

When he arrived he saw many more people than he was expecting. Waiting for him were Sakura, Ino, Kushina, Naruto, Sasuke and Hinata. Everyone was talking amongst themselves. "This isn't what I was expecting." Karma said, grabbing their attention.

"I want to see what kind of training you could possibly be doing, so I don't do it. If I do, I'll end up weak like you." Sasuke said.

"Kushina said you're strong, so I want to see too!" Naruto said, earning Kushina an incredulous look from Sasuke.

"There's no way he can be strong." Sasuke said.

"It's true! He's really strong!!" Kushina yelled.

While they began to argue over Karma's strength, Ino latched onto Karma and spoke. "Karma! I need your help training too!!" She exclaimed. He nodded and looked at Hinata.

"I-I just want to watch." Hinata stuttered with a blush.

"You're fine, but I need to know, how many palms can you perform of the sixty-four palms?" Karma asked.

"Huh? I can do thirty-two palms." Hinata replied.

"Hmmm... can I go over to your clan today?"

""""""EH?!"""""" Everyone asked.

"I need someone who can perform the full sixty-four for my training." Karma explained. "Anyway, let's get started with training! Since I only know how to create and alter my own jutsu, I'll explain to you guys the method. From there, we'll all practice on our own, if anyone needs help, they can ask me."

Karma then went on to explain nature and shape transformation, while also taking the opportunity to explain complex nature transformations like ice, lava, and storm release. Needless to say, they were all shocked by his knowledge. "It shouldn't be that surprising, it's all my clan actually teaches their younger generation." Karma remarked.

"Itachi, says nature transformation is something jonin master-" Sasuke started.

"Yeah, but that's because of chakra control. If your chakra control is high enough, anyone can do it. Me and Ailane aren't a strong enough to beat jonin yet, but if we use all our strength, we can hold our own." Karma explained, once again shocking everyone, except Kushina this time since she experienced it herself.

""Karma!! You're so cool!!" The two fangirls exclaimed. Karma sighed at their actions and everyone began their training. Ino frequently asked questions, so she could get Karma's attention. However, soon enough, Karma delegated Sakura as his assistant since she had the best chakra control. He also specifically payed more attention to her progress since she was, after all, the one who he had promised to help train.

After this training session, Karma promised to train more with them, and spent the rest of the time until the start of the Chunin Exams helping them, along with some of their teammates to improve, alongside doing simple missions. In this way, Sasuke no longer scorned him, but saw him as a worthy rival to beat. Especially considering Karma constantly tortured him by easily beating him down every time he said he would be strong enough to beat Karma soon. Well, maybe Sasuke saw him as more of an eyesore that he had to get stronger and get rid of than a rival, but he still treated Karma with more respect than before. Karma was much stronger than him after all.

The very same day after the first session, he also went to the Hyuga Clan compound, where he asked Hiashi Hyuga to hit him with the Eight Trigrams: Sixty Four Palms. Hiashi eventually assented, doing an extremely light version, so he didn't kill Karma.

Authors Rant: Damn, I saw these two reviews complaining about Karma giving away his god powers or someshit. Idk where they got that from, but ok. While I respect their opinions, it annoys me. So, I'll give a warning for those who are still here before you keep reading:

Yes, I am a fan of Naruto, though idk if I'd call myself a fanboy. I plan to have Karma remain in Naruto World as a sort of hub world afterwards, since what I'm going for (though idk if I'm executing it as I want) is a character who has basically lived in solitude, since he originally wanted solitude, but eventually he got sick of it. He'll see the elementals nations as his home more so than the universe he created for his own comfort because in it he found a family and friends. He won't use his god powers to blow through everything and instead act as an actual mortal. He will give some people other abilities bc of that, but it won't be random abilities that won't suit them or something that just makes them broken af. And it won't be everyone. He'll remain the strongest, maybe rivals isn't the best word for it, but basically Naruto and Sasuke will be constantly trynna catch up/surpass him and he'll constantly be trying to keep ahead, but they won't be super far behind. The reason that Neji will also get the tenseigan and maybe even jougan (idk yet, but probably since I'll have constant threats to Naruto World from other worlds, due to my plans for Karma's main abilities) is bc he will 100%, be clan head of the hyuga after Hanabi and Hinata marry Karma.
