Character Strength Level as of Chapter 15
I don't really have much of an idea how a stat chart would work, since if I did numbers I would eventually have to spend too long doing so, in that case, I'll just do something like levels and you guys can imagine the difference between characters. This is just to give a general idea of where characters are at, and I'll only put relevant characters. I thought about doing something more complex and detailed for the longest, but this seemed the easiest and most clear cut, in the future I can add more, but it'll also be minimalistic since I know a lot of time complex stat charts are just ignored and only level matters. I think that's everyone for the first part of the Chunin Exams. As for why are most of the Konoha genin so weak? It hasn't been the month time skip yet, they drastically increase in strength there. I'll do another for that.
