The Confession

Ahn Hye-jin: Hello! Lee Won? Are you there?

Lee won: Hmm. (in a low voice).

Ahn Hye-jin: Won, you are so silly! Till now you didn't get the meaning of what I said?

Lee Won: It's not like that, I'm just confused.

Ahn Hye-jin: Then hear it. I love you. Is it good now?

Lee Won: Hye-jin, Are you serious?

Ahn Hye-jin: Am damn sure about this.

Lee Won: Can you tell me what made you like me? According to me am a very average person.

Ahn Hye-jin: You underestimated yourself, Won. For me, you were always special. You worked hard, cared for everyone around you & the most important of all, the person who cared for his mom this much will treasure his girlfriend or wife as a precious jewel for the whole life. But I will not come to you now.

Lee Won: Why?

Ahn Hye-jin: Its because if you get me & all the luck now itself. You will not have that fire in you to be successful in your life. So I will wait for you here itself. When you get that success I will come to you.

( These words by Ahn Hye-jin burned a new fire inside Lee Won & he promised her that he will be successful for her & his ill mother. And as he acquires the success he wanted he will contact Hye-jin back for his marriage proposal & she also agreed for it. Then he decided to start his job hunt again in his field of excellence & he kept on giving interviews for companies but no one accepted him because of his experience at the previous job. As one day, when frustrated Lee Won came back home after the hectic job hunting he saw his mom who was cleaning up the junk in his house which was stored in a storeroom which was built just at the side of the house. Lee Won sat over a chair which his mom took from the storeroom to dispose of. After a long silence his mom started talking to him).

Mom: Lee Won, then how's your job hunt going on?

Lee Won: Nothing much, mom. It's going on. Stay tension free I'm here for you!

Mom: Lee Won, a day will come you will be successful too. Don't lose hope. Some days will be tiring for you but your hard work is being watched. Have faith. Go in & have some snacks.

( Suddenly his mom takes out an old typewriter from the junk. As Lee Won notices that he asks his mom).

Lee Won: Mom, whose typewriter is that?

Mom: Oh this one! It was your father's typewriter. He had a hobby of writing poems for small magazines in our city.

Lee Won: Really, Was he very popular?

Mom: He was popular but not that much popular. I was one of his fans lately.

Lee Won: Then what are you going to do with it. Are you throwing it in junk?

Mom: Am confused! It is pretty much old too.

Lee Won: Can I take it?

Mom: If you want you can!
