Inside the living room, every now and then grandma Jones could glance at the clock and then towards the entrance, and every time when she couldn't able to see the desired someone she would sigh.
Not able to control anymore she asked the other two men sitting in the same room "why haven't they came yet? Max had told me that they left after breakfast and now it's almost dinner time now they are still not here"
The second son of Elder Jones, James Jones let out a sigh and look through the newspaper, "mom, why don't you just call and ask them? you will know when will they come"
"No, I can't do that, if they are still at that place it will disturb them and it will also look like I'm being impatient to meet them" grandma Jones said
"so why being impatient let them take there time," said Elder Jones while sipping tea.
"I'm not being impatient, it's just that I'm afraid that they will not come knowing they will get scolding from me," said defending herself
Both the men shook their heads clearly knowing how eager she is to see them.
Just then the maid came "Madam, their car had entered the main gate".
"Really! okay quickly go and prepare some snacks" grandma Jones stood excitedly
Seeing her excitement Elder Jones looked at her like saying 'just now who was the one saying 'I'm not being impatient'?' and giggled.
looking at his expression she said as if she was wrongly accused "what? I'm just worried that might not have eaten lunch and for dinner, there are still 2 hours" and sat down angrily while peeking at the door.
Just then they heard a cheerful voice of Allen came from the entrance "grandpa, grandma, uncle James"
With hurried steps, he marched toward them and hugged Elder Jones saying "Oh! grandpa how much did you eat you got so fat that I could barely hug you"
Saying this he received a slap on the back of his heard "Ahh.. what?" looking at Eva.
Eva pulled him away and glanced angrily "you idiot! how dare you say my teddy bear fat"
She gave a tight hug to Elder Jones and looked up to him from inside his embrace "you're not at all fat grandpa, it's that you became softer than before so that I can be more comfortable in your embrace, right?" said with glittery eyes.
"haha... my sweetheart is eternally correct," grandpa Jones said by patting her head.
"Uncle James" as they both wished Allen jumped on him almost making him fall since childhood they had a very good relation maybe because he and Edward were also twins
Others couldn't help but laugh seeing Allen hanging on him like a koala bear "hahaha"
"Okay stop being like a koala and come down," Edward Jones said
"Oh sorry I got excited. I haven't seen him for months"
"Hello you two" James Jones responded with a sweet smile he loves his two nephews greatly he never minded their behavior.
They looked at the other side of the sofa with little hesitation said, "grandma"
They saw her pretending to not hear them and sipping her tea gracefully, her acting made both Elder Jones and James astonished just a few minutes before she couldn't wait to see them and now she is giving them cold shoulder.
Eva elbowed Allen to do something and he gave her a mischievous smile
He walked to her said looking around "hey gorgeous! did you see my grandma?"
This made her snicker but she quickly conceals it but didn't go unnoticed by Allen's eyes.
Then he took a few steps back rubbing his chin said "but why do you so similar to my beautiful grandma..... Ah, you're not similar you're actually my beautiful grandma..."
He then gave a quick hug and pulled back and put his hand on his chest dramatically saying "Wow..! my beautiful grandma how could you become so gorgeous you almost took my soul away by your cham".
his dramatic act made her laugh she pinch his ears, "this naughty kid has no shame flirting with his 70 years old grandma!"
"Ow ow.. beautiful it's hurts and you're not 70 you're still in your early 20s elegant and beautiful just like fairy I'm I right grandpa" he winked mischievously toward grandpa Jones
'yes evil fairy' he thought "cough.. yes of course" response quickly
Noticing her mood lighter Eva quickly gave a side hugged before looking at them "of course my grandma is a fairy"
"grandma, we missed you"
"Yeah that's why you both didn't come when I asked you to"
"it's not we didn't wish to but we couldn't, you also know that time our final exams were on the corner" Eva explained
"So please beautiful, forgive us please" Allen pleaded
Watching them making so much effort she said "since you put it that way what could I can say 'sigh'"
"But you both have to visit us every weekend, okay?" she asked
Hearings the question made grandpa Jones thrilled, As every old age person he also wanted them to spend more time with all his grandchildren, but he knew that they are all grown-ups now they have their own lives so he never voices out.
Eva gave a knowing look to Allen and then said "Um this... we can't promise but we'll try to come more often, okay? happy?"
She can't make a false promise because soon there results will be out and then they had to attend University.
"Of course we're happy" although they were a little disappointed they didn't show on there face.
"Okay, you all go upstairs and have some rest. later we'll call you for dinner"
"Well" since they were really tired, they didn't say anything and went to their respective rooms to rest.
