His body has hardened and regeneration improved this was the result of the first day of cultivation as he cultivates more his body strengthening will increase with just his physical body without using qi he can fight with 5- Star bronze cultivator and with using his qi 1- Star silver cultivator can be killed and he won't be helpless against a 2-Star silver cultivator today progress was good.

More Sage Cultivate Titanium body hardening technique pain will increase this was the frightening thing Sage doesn't want to go through that torture again but the temptation was too big for Sage he was willing to go through this torture every day so he can get power.
