Dylan, an investigator from the Logistics Division of the Special Bureau, was a sort of a jack of all trades.

Dylan was good-natured, and no matter what happened in any Division, Dylan would also head over to help without anyone asking. Because of that, he was familiar with many people around the station. If there was any commotion or rumors flying around, Dylan would be the first to know.
