Chapter 28: Retribution Comes So Fierce

Ling Fei's phone rang.

Chu Luo was calling when she checked.

This time, Ling Fei managed to push Song Tianmu away without much effort and answered the call.

"Fei, where are you? Why haven't you come out yet?"

"I'm on my way."

Ling Fei briskly walked out. She didn't go directly to find Chu Luo; instead, she went to the bathroom to check if there was anything amiss with her appearance before finally stepping out.

Chu Luo had peeled a small pile of food in front of him.

"Did you fall in?"

Chu Luo teased her.

"Almost, your call saved me." Ling Fei ditched Song Tianmo, replying with a giggle.

Knowing that Song Tianmo was there, she lost interest in continuing to eat. She ate the crab meat Chu Luo had peeled, had some other food casually, and then quickly departed with Chu Luo.

Song Tianmo watched the two of them get into the same car and leave.

"Investigate the girl with Chu Luo, and get her information to me as soon as possible."

"Yes."
