Song Tian Mo glanced at his feet and saw the purple crystal doll.
He couldn't help but laugh.
Swinging the steering wheel, he pulled over and then turned to look at Xue Wen Wen.
He quickly scanned her from head to toe, returning his gaze to her face. He slightly tilted his chin and gave her an ambiguous smile, but he didn't speak.
He didn't move either.
He seemed to have no intention of helping Xue Wen Wen pick up the doll and just stood there, smiling at her.
Xue Wen Wen felt her heart almost leap out of her chest, her hand growing colder with sweat.
"This road is so rough, I don't know how it ended up under your feet," she unbuckled her seat belt, but instead of getting out of the car or asking Song Tian Mo to do so, she leaned across from the driver's seat to pick it up.
The mockery in Song Tian Mo's eyes deepened.
Xue Wen Wen excitedly looked down to pick up the crystal doll from her seat. To actually pick it up, she would have to lean herself on this man next to her.
