Ch 9: The forging of a legendary weapon.
In the living room that used to be a teachers lounge another lounge was added in a different spot for the scholars from the monster hunter world.
"Momma Ruby?" Rias asks
"Huh? Yeah?" Ruby responds
"Could you help me make a weapon?" Rias asks
"Do you have a plan? You know magical weapons are usually Weiss or Osaka." Ruby says
Rias shows Ruby her tablet.
"We might need Hana for this." Ruby says looking at it.
"Really?" Rias asks
"She may seem normal but she used to be D.VA so she is extremely techy." Ruby says as they go to find Hana.
"Why is D.VA here?" Rias asks dumbfounded
"Kyra took us to the world of overwatch by accident because she hit the wrong earth." Ruby says
"Huh?" Rias asks
"It was one of the few occasions she was comfortable talking about her home and she took us to a similar world." Ruby says as they come upon a door.
Ruby knocks on the door.
The door swings open revealing a Hana with a welding mask on and a personal aircraft seen in the background.
"You have your own hangar?" Rias asks
"No this is technically everyone's hangar." Ruby says as she walks in and Rias follows behind her.
Inside the massive hangar there is an avenger, several super cars, old worn T-60 power armors which matches everyone's main color, A hover jet, Hagrids motor bike, D.VA's mech, a modified atlesian Paladin, and Finally a spaceship of some sorts.
"How does the school fit all of this?" Rias asks
"Magical expansion runes." Hana says as she puts her mask down next to the blow torch.
"Cool." Rias says
"Yep, I love it in here. Though I'm not sure if I'm ready for what's coming." Hana says
"You read the report too Huh?" Rias asks
"Yeah, Jarvis is amazing. Anyway I'm not sure if I'm ready to enter battle again. Especially after losing friends to the ghosts." Hana says
"That's understandable, Kyra won't make you fight." Ruby says
"I know, what did I do to deserve her. Though I miss her attention." Hana says
"I could make sure she spends some time with you while she's home for Christmas break then." Ruby says with a smile.
"Really?" Hana asks hopefully
"Of course." Ruby says
"So, anyway what was the original purpose for you coming here? No one ever comes here." Hana asks
"Rias needs help with a weapon." Ruby says as she hands Rias's tablet over to her.
"Oh this concept... wait with dust cooling it, and the arc reactor for power. This might actually work." Hana says
"So wanna help?" Ruby asks
"Yes, of course, it's almost a light saber." Hana says excitedly.
"So, to the machine lab?" Ruby asks
"Yep let's go." Hana says as she grabs a few tools and they all head to the weapons lab.
"This is gonna be fun." Rias says with a smile.

Several minutes later.
"Let's give it a try right?" Hana says
Rias nods as she plugs in a ice dust vials into the slot.
"Let's do it." Rias says with a smile as the iconic sound is heard and there is a onside plasma blade with a titanium spine which is outfitted with several electronics to keep it contained powered and cooled.
*zap*
The blade glows brightly then there is a loud bang.
Suddenly the weapons lab goes dark.
"Uhhh, oops?" Ruby says
"Give me a second." Hana says as she pulls out a flash light and walks over to a panel on the wall.
After a minute the lights turn back on.
"Alright, so the capacitor seems to not have been enough..." Hana says
Rias nods
"I'm guessing it shorted out after the capacitor blew and since we had it plugged into the wall for testing it blew the Fuze?" Ruby says
"Let's replace some of the fried boards and go for a higher rated capacitor it should be good afterwards." Hana says
Ruby nods.
"We also need to swap it to the arc reactor power supply." Rias says
