Chapter 10: Clap-Clap, Bang
"So she is the one you have chosen for this work?" Yama, in the meeting room, sitting in front of a big mirror asked Shanon, who was standing beside him. In response, she said "Yes, My lord… You will not be bored, I assure you…"
The person Shanon choose is Elise, a small dragon child but she is not weak. Elise, among all the 24 assistant is the cutest and also perfect for this work, why?
Think about it, a cute child appearing in the sky and saying "I am here to kill all of you!!" What kind of feeling would you have? Not only that she has the power to back her words, so think it, a mighty person having so many powerful people by his side but sends a child to annihilate you all…
The scene would be like, he was asking them to come down between my legs and open your mouth so I could shit on you...
That's the feeling those dragons were having right now…
At the dragon's hideout-
Elise, a small dragon kid stood in the air. She was in cute pink clothes with light pink hair and had little starry eyes. Also, making her look cuter, she had 2 very small horns on her head. She was what you say CUTE!
Even if you are not a LOL*CON, there is a big chance you will be after seeing her. The moment anyone would see her, the first thing that comes to their mind would be "I want her"
But to dragons, it was a different thing.
"Etoo…. *clearing throat* I am Elise, a small dragon who works under Shanon –sama and one of you people had made our lord angry so I am asked to… What was it?... Ah, I am asked to put fear in your hearts and make you all submit to our lord so... Are you ready to fight?"
"…"
The dragons couldn't understand properly what Elise was trying to say. So they just look among themselves and one dragon speaks, "Elise chan right?"
"No, Elise- sama for you!" Elise said with an angry look. But still, her angry look was also really cute.
Same with dragons, seeing a cute person which belongs to their own kin, they became all softies and didn't mind her tone "Yes, Elise sama… As you can see we are all adults and you are only small dragons, tell me how are you going to make us fear?"
No one took the girl seriously and soon the words spread out that "a little cute dragon has come to their place" which made everyone curious and they all came out to see her, and no doubt all of them were satisfied.
Elise pondered on the question asked by the dragons below her and finally came to a conclusion.
She moved her hand in front and making a gun shape, pointing her little finger to the mountain she said "Bang!"
*Booooooom*
A red small ball was created on her finger and then a small beam came out of it. And the mountain was destroyed, simple right?
"….." The dragons were stunned and were speechless. All of them looked at the person who asked her "How would make us fear?"
"Who was the one responsible for that attack?" With an imposing voice, a big red dragon came out of the cave, beside him there were 4 female dragons.
"Langstaff –Sama" All the people looked towards the source of the voice and found the big dragon. The big dragon when walked made him looked really imposing, standing in front of his people, He looked towards Elise.
"I am Langstaff, the leader of this Dragon Race… What is the reason for that attack? Are you trying to announce war against your own kin?" Langstaff, leader of the dragon race, asked Elise in a calm but still imposing voice.
Looking at him, Elise glared, as the only person who could give an imposing to in front of her was her people or her lord.
"I don't like the way you speak… Bang!"
*booom*
Another red beam came and the head of their leader exploded.
"What happened?"
"Our leader… is dead?"
When the dust cleared the only thing they saw was a dragon with no head and then they turned their heads towards the little girl in the sky.
Silence and Fear was the only thing that filled the whole place. They didn't know just what to do, a girl coming out of no-where and then with just one word "Bang" she can kill anyone…
All of them were silent and looked at the headless body of their leader. But someone broke the silence in the next second.
"Oh, great almighty being… please shows some mercy on us…" A light black and brown dragon came out of the crowd and turned into an old man. While saying this all he bowed as deep as possible.
"Ryan! What are you doing?!!"
"You are our chief, have some pride in it!!!"
Many dragons yelled at him but to them, Ryan didn't say anything and remained in the same pose.
"Who are you?"
When the words fall on his ear, Ryan raised his head and in a pleading tone replied: "This old man is the village chief of this place…"
Hearing the reply from Ryan, Elise continued her talk
"Why did you bow to me? What do you want to gain from it?"
"I don't want to gain anything; I have understood your might… I have come to a realization that you are from the divine race… So I just wanted to pay respect"
Hearing his words, all other dragons frowned and shouted at him "Fuck you, Ryan! Do you think those old stories are true?!!" "You are a disgrace to our dragon race!!"
Hearing their curses, Ryan turned towards them and then asked: "Then tell me how many of you can change into human form?" Hearing his question, dragon's said: "Except kids, all of us!"
"Good, now tell me how many of you can fly in your human form without wings?" This time no one spoke and also, their face changed expression. It was like, they noticed something. With a hesitant look, all of them looked at Elise.
Then Ryan said "As you can see, Elise sama is in her human form and not only that, she can fly without any wings, also I can sense no mana from her while she is still in the sky… Can't you understand now? She is from a divine race of our Dragon's. Not only that she even destroyed the whole mountain and even killed our leader like fly… just look at the difference!"
No one spoke anything as all of them finally understood that till now they were all enchanted by the cuteness of Elise, and didn't really care much about the other stuff.
"What is this divine race that you are talking about?" Elise finally landed on the ground and asked Ryan.
Ryan without any delay replied to her saying "Divine race is a special race that is born from the desire of a god that was what our ancestors told us. They also told that all the races or species came from them only. The divine race is so strong that they can destroy anything in their path and fly through the skies without using any mana"
Ryan took a breath and ended his explanation with one sentence "They are the race that serves gods"
The word "God" kept on ringing on the ears of Elise, To all the servants that are born from Yama's wish, He was a god to them and all his (Ryan) explanation matched quite well.
Elise was happy that someone called her Lord a god.
Elise with a smile said to Ryan "I am happy with your words, take your family and move behind me. I'll spare you and kill the rest…"
The last 3 words gave Goosebumps to all dragons and they all look towards Ryan, hoping he would do something. Ryan, though he doesn't want to look at them still, he was the chief and has the responsibility to look after them
"Elise –sama didn't you say you would not kill them or like make them submit to you?" Ryan asked in a shaking voice.
"Yes, I was told to put fear in them and not kill them as they will be used for future purpose, so don't worry, I will just kill them and revive them easy…"
Kill them and revive them, these words kept on roaming in the head of Ryan, he knew that Divine race is said to be legendary figures who could almost do anything as they serve gods, but still "Kill them and revive them is ... a little bit over?"
But what can Ryan do? He just looked at the other dragon and took his family behind Elise and said to the rest of the dragons "It's your own mistake, don't curse me…"
And then the show begins…
*bang!*
*bang!*
*Bang*
*Bang!*
Soon all the dragons, including kids, all of them were dead. Standing in between the dead bodies Elise made a victory sign and said "Yosh, I have killed them all, now they will fear us"
As for Ryan and his family, well it was a nightmare… They were happy as their family head made a good move and were still alive thanks to him.
"Now time to revive them" Elise after her victory pose said to herself. Ryan also focused on this scene, as reviving someone was not an easy feat so he wanted to see how she would be able to do it.
*Clap-Clap*
*whooong*
A large circle appeared under every dead dragon, it had some scriptures written on it but Ryan wasn't able to read them. Soon glowing light appeared from the circle and covered the whole body of the dead dragon.
And then all of them floated in the sky and soon there body recovered into their original state.
*thud*
All dragons fall down after the spell was complete and they all are revived
"Now it's all done, so goodbye and if we have some work for you we will come back," Elise said to all dragons, which were still lying on the ground and couldn't believe that they are alive again, and left the place.
On the other hand, Ryan stood like a statue and was speechless after seeing this whole scene, there were only 3 words on his head right now "Bang, clap-clap"
At Yama's side-
Yama stood up and was ready to leave the chamber but when he was leaving, Shanon wanted to ask something but stopped herself as she thought it was not good.
Yama knew she wanted to ask about her performance and before leaving he turned around and said "Shanon, good work" and then left the place.
"Good work" 2 simple words, but for her, it was more than anything she could ask for. With red cheeks, she replied "Thanks for the praise my lord"
Though Yama has left she knew the Lord has heard her.
While walking towards his chamber, Yama had a smile on his face "Clap-clap Bang huh?"
