You want to what?! #3

As they sat at the creek until it was time to go to Rose's hunting class, Aarie said something that made Rose sad.

Aarie stared at a big red fish that swam down the creek. He looked like he wanted to hunt it. "Ooo that's a big one right there ! But I'll let it live for now. It kinda reminds me of that huge red fish my dad caught me when I was 10. I sure do miss him. Sucks that he was killed in front of me..." Aarie sighed and rested his head against his hand. Rose gasped at what he just said. "What?? Your dad got killed in front of you?!" Her eyes grew wide and sad with tears coming out. "Aarie I am so sorry..." he looked at her and squinted his eyes realizing what he accidentally just said. "Yeah... it was horrible. Something a young man or woman shouldn't go through. I didn't mean to say that. I didn't want to tell you just yet. But for some reason it just popped up. The memories pop up so much. The look on his face during that war against the Horde... he wanted to go home and watch me grow up and be there with my mom. He didn't want me there fighting along side him... I was only 16 at the time." Aarie said. This was very hard for her to digest. She hurt for him and seeing sad like this just wasn't settling in her stomach right. 'He's got such a good heart, he's been through way too much. Wish there could be something I can do for him.' Rose thought to herself and stared to cry but looked away so he won't notice. 'I really am starting to love him more lately. I wonder if this is him finally opening up to me?' Rose couldn't help but put her arm over his shoulder to comfort him.

"It's going to be ok Aarie. You have me to talk to about this. I'm so sorry for what you have seen and been through." She hugged him. Aaries face turned more tuff because he didn't want to show her too much emotion. His heart felt hurt. But having her in his life made it feel better in some ways.

"I'm ok Rose. Honestly maybe I'll go see a shaman therapist one of these days. But I don't like talking about it." He sighed and they got up to leave for the class.

Later that day the hunter class went great as usual. It was the same lesson as last week but there was a test at the end of it testing Rose's skills. She looked up at Aarie and said "will I ever get to see your abilities hunter Aarie ?" He laughed at her question. "Yeah some day. My abilities are bad ass and it might impress you." He said to her braggingly. Rose shook her head. as they walked away from the hunter class area they saw a strange man running by them. "Who the hell is that and why is he hauling ass??" Rose said staring at the dark skinned but very handsome man.

"There's a fucking blood elf over here! Guards help me!" The tall dark man yelled on the other side of a building. Following that a few screams happened. "He's getting away!! Don't let that prick go!!" One of the male guards yelled. Rose got worried and stared at Aarie. "What are we going to do?!" He stuck his breast plate back on and got his bow and arrows ready. He looked at Rose with a serious face. "Well I'm going to try and kill this blood elf. You stay right next to me. Don't go anywhere. Got it?" Rose shook her head. "Good follow me. But be quiet."

They slowly walked towards the building where they heard the yelling and screams from the guards. Sticking close to the side of the building Aarie peeked his head over the side to see what's going on. "See anything ?" Rose whispered to him. He looked back at her and said "looks like they caught the guy he's handcuffed and on the ground with 3 guards on him. The other guy that was running towards him and yelling is just standing there. Hmm, he gives me bad vibes." Aarie stared at the man standing there. "Who the blood elf or the other guy?" Rose asked unsure of whom Aarie meant. "The tall guy gives me bad vibes because I think he's a wolf boy. Of course the blood elf does too, but he's already caught."

"Umm ok? Why would a stranger give you bad vibes ? And is a wolf boy on the Hordes side?" Rose questioned Aarie. He looked at her and said "well, depends what side the wolves end up choosing. Usually they have their own 'pack' like they are neither horde nor alliance, but there's good and bad wolf packs to be specific. They choose to either help one side or both, or they go against each side. I've ran into one before, and that didn't end up well. I haven't spoken to this man either in particular." Aarie peaked over the side of the building again to see the tall man with his body seeming to be more hairy than before, like he just got back out of his wolf form. "Hmm strange." Aarie said then backed up and took ahold of Roses hand and started to quickly walk back into the direction that they came.

"Why are we in such a hurry now?! What's the matter Aarie ?!" Rose was worried and wasn't sure what the heck was going on. He was acting weird. Aarie stared at her, he then turned around and caught the wolf man following them.

"What the fuck do you want wolf boy?" Aarie said standing in front of Rose so he couldn't see her. 'This is odd' Rose thought to herself as she stood there behind Aarie. Unable to move she stood behind him frozen.

The wolf man was in his dark brown wolf form. He wasn't as big as Aaries cat, but he sure did look intimidating with his sharp wolf claws and teeth. The wolf huffed at Aarie and proceeded to speak. "You do not smell like a true Night elf. Care to explain what your doing here ?" The wolf asked and sat down tilting its big furry head. His eyes looked scary and bright glowing white. Aarie backed up a few inches. "What's the matter elf boy?" The wolf growled. "Ok...One, I am not a Blood elf, and two I am a man not a boy! I happen to live here dip shit!" He yelled grabbing his bow and arrows. "Dude, none of that! I'm on the side of the Alliance. So you don't need to do that. Also, ok thanks for you explanation on whom you are..." the wolf said then he tilted his head to the side again and took a sniff. "Is there some one behind you?" He asked being able to smell the young elf woman behind him. Rose gulped starting to shake. 'Shit' she thought to herself afraid to say anything.

Aarie yelled back at the wolf and said "this is non of your concern ! She's mine. We where just curious on what all was going on over here since you screamed for help! I'm also a trained hunter, so I know what the fuck I'm doing." Aarie was furious.

The wolf sighed and then shook and went back into his human form. The tall man stood there with his fit exposed upper body and blue jeans. He had medium dark brown hair and strangely he still had white eyes like he did in his wolf form. "Sorry for the miss understanding then elf. Or should I say elves. I'm a body guard here you know. I have never seen you here before or even smelt her here before either. I must say, she smells quite lovely. Like that of honey and some kind of flowers. Hmm." He said titling his head again like dogs do. He crossed his arms and said. "You can come out now. I won't hurt you or him." He said for Rose to come out of hiding.

She slowly peaked her head from behind Aaries arm and walked out from behind him. She caught the wolf mans eyes with her bright blue ones. He was actually very handsome looking just like Aarie. His eyes where a bit different from what she's seen in color. Although she's never seen a wolf man either. Looking at his upper body with his thick fit chest and fit stomach she caught herself looking and quickly looked away embarrassed. 'I didn't mean to look he should wear a damn shirt.' She thought, hoping he didn't notice that. Her face was bright red. The wolf man chuckled. Aarie grinned and said "care to explain why your just standing there staring at my girlfriend?!" He yelled feeling angry at the man who was shirtless. His muscles where slightly more thicker than Aaries. But of course Aarie was still pretty damn handsome in Roses eyes.

The wolf man shook his head and said "I've just never seen her in this town before that's all. What is your name lady?" He asked Rose. Ignoring Aaries faces that he made at the wolf man.
