Xavier instructed Jeremy and then returned back to the room and laid beside Daisy. He hugged her to his chest gently not to hurt her unintentionally.

Feeling the familiar warmth and scent, Daisy reacted by hugging Xavier back. "Babygirl, forgive me. I'm sorry. I promise you that the person will pay thousand folds more", he promised in a stern tone while his eyes were cold.

After a while, Daisy woke up and looking at his face she smiled. He smiled back at her. "Why did you have to offend someone when I'm not around?", he asked her worriedly.

"Didn't you say that no one is allowed to look down on me? I did what you said but you're blaming me. You are bad", she pouted. He hugged her tightly as if fearing that she would disappear if he let goes.

"You know how worried I was for you. Can't you stop making me worried everytime I'm not around you?", he almost begged her. She gently patted his back comforting him that she was okay now.
