FLT and Getting Upgrades

I am currently riding a capsule towards FLT, Tatsuya hooked me up with his second in command Ushiyama. Well man himself wouldn't call himself second in command but that's his role.

Getting in I of course being 15 years old and not famous, I wasn't taken serious by the secretary until she confirmed that I have indeed an appointment.

Getting to the third division I can see that they're working on something but I wasn't able to see anything since I was being escorted to a meeting room.

Getting in I noticed that Tatsuya is on the next room listening us...

"Mr. Fujimaru, I was told you need some help regarding an artifact" Ushiyama asks calmly.

"Indeed but can you first call that guy on the next room it's annoying to have someone listen in, especially he's a friend." I say shocking Ushiyama.

Seeing that Tatsuya is not moving I used a minor space manipulation to tap his forehead.

"Tatsuya please you're making a scene" I say like a disappointed parent while stopping myself from face palming.

After a couple minutes Tatsuya comes into room with a bright red point on his forehead similar to Buddhist monks.

"I didn't know you were religious" I point out while holding a mirror.

"I wasn't and sorry about listening I couldn't help."

"Anyway now that everyone is here..."

"Wait you're going to let me listen I am just a tester here" Tatsuya points out.

"Yeah, sure buddy and I am some Eldritch horror that feasts on suffering of others"

"Are you?"

"No idiot, you don't let your sister brag about your achievements, expensive equipment at your home, come with the lastest FLT tech and claim you're just a tester." Seriously even A-chan figured it out on her own well she will eventually.

"Well there's also the fact that your name is plastered on Hliðskjálf alongside your secret identity as Taurus Silver" I point out Tatsuya is naturally on guard now but he doesn't know what Hliðskjálf is yet.

"I don't know what are you talking about."

It has access to information that you wouldn't normally be able to find, USNA was fine with some of their info getting out if that would let them get more information on other countries. This brings us to our current position I know who you're and honestly I don't care, I need help with something and you can provide it so we're doing a trade."

Tatsuya took his sweet time his hand landed on his CAD a couple times but eventually he caved in.

"Alright but you owe me some explanation."

"Ask Yakumo, tell him I allow information sharing with you but only you and your sister."

"Okay, so what do you need from FLT?"

"I have this mystic code/Artificial Sacred Gear hybrid with me but as one expected from ancient magic it's capacity leaves much to be desired so I want this bad boy sorry bad lady to be updated to latest tech."

I take out my Ultrimatrix and give it to them Ushiyama who is already having orgasms which is gross, I believe he's that hardware dude while Tatsuya handles the software.

"This doesn't look like ancient magic"

"It's nearly a century old technology mixed with magical technology that I got from an literal fallen angel of course it's ancient" They ignored the fallen angel part, oh boy what would happen if I brought Gabriel here.

In this day and age most people are atheists so it would be pretty awesome to shove an angel up their faces...

"It's main function is to rewrite a target with the stored information in the data banks and reverse the process once the job is finished also it supposed to have some kind of Counter Balance mode that boosts it's performance for extra energy cost but that mode unlocks with continued use."

"You see I am hoping to connect this into a something like a cloud data bank that has infinite storage, so it creates problems when you try to get the files since files themselves are too big in the first place also I want it to make it my personal CAD." "Alright we can try somethings but I need to understand what's already been done here"

"Well, that's the payment part first of all you get to keep the data on this and I am going to give you guys a way to store magic sequences in virtually anything..." Ah Tatsuya dropped my magnum opus, was he that shocked.

"You don't know what you're giving away."

"I know exactly what I am giving, I am giving basic knowledge that most people has in my home."

That shocked them even more. I took out my book on mystic codes and started teaching them the principals by the end of our discussion the two looked like they have reached enlightenment and achieved inner peace.

I talked about random stuff with Tatsuya on my way out once we're outside I gave him his final warning.

"USNA knows you but don't know your military identity yet but if you give them a chance they would find it. Take care Tatsuya and stop with that gloomy look it's depressing"

I pat his shoulders and check my surrounding then disappear into the space leaving a gobsmacked Tatsuya behind he probably thought it was an illusion.

Now that he knows a little about me I can act more freely around him. Oh boy this is going to end up with me meeting his aunt won't it.

Actually why not make a Multiversal TV company here as well I need the fame.

"You told Tatsuya." Yakumo says while blocking my attacks.

"Technically you told him not me." I say while trying to hit his smug smile

"So, you have control over space? I doubt you can pull a illusion that can fool his eyes." He's fishing for more information, not like I won't give it but the way he's doing is annoying.

"I had control over space when I was four and yes it's my previous life." I threw a kick at his head.

"Hmm superpower or born magician?" He sucked under my kick and attacked my opening.

"It's something anyone can learn well if your mind survives the insanity, humans are not meant to handle such truths about reality." I managed to dodge it but I lost the upper hand.

"Hmm that's something I can agree on, what's up with your little artifact." His attacks getting faster but he gave an opening by increasing the speed.

"It's my magnum opus, it's not like I need it. I am strong enough as it is, it's just that I wanted to finish it before moving into something more spiritual." We continue exchanging blows.

"Ohh, please do share!"

"Sure dad." his smile turn into a grin as I say this.

"Hahaha you finally noticed."

It appears my previous self didn't care how he got off the orphanage, turns out Yakumo adopted my legal ass.

It's actually a good position as long as I make sure I am on the same page with the dude.

"Anyway there are worlds where Apotheosis is something that can be achieved."

"Oh such thing is possible? like those cultivation legends."

"Exactly."

"So you're just going to leave your dear old dad after you're done with this place."

"Please this place is not the most peaceful world but it's actually one of the ones that I willingly spend time in."

At school this time we're eating lunch with the rest of the gang instead of just 1-A since apparently Tatsuya's group was doing practicals that we were doing the other day.

Miyuki even prepared lunch, thankfully Shiba siblings didn't distanced themselves from me.

I only told them about Taurus Silver and his military identity, nothing about Yotsuba so I should be okay for now.

"Fujimaru what do you have there?" Erika asks as she eyes my lunch.

"Buttered noodles." It's a simple dish since I was tired of deciding what to cook.

"Ohh pass it here." Why am I sharing my lunch with this girl?

"So how's the public morals committee going?"

"Since the recruitments finished we're relaxed, it's just patrols"

Topic of our groups conversation turned into magic as expected and now me and Miyuki are competing with each other since Leo said men should be able to match to Miyuki earning a chop at his head.

"Well, let's see how it goes this time around" I say while putting my hand on the device.

Miyuki already did her part getting a 235ms.

I start the magic sequence this is actually annoying for me since no matter how subconscious they say it doesn't compare to magic circuits as I was thinking about it my timer calls.

"240ms! It seems you have improved and passed us Fujimaru, it wasn't this fast the other day" Honoka quips in.

"I didn't get to practice much before starting at First High so rapid advancement is to be expected" and all those caffeine filled all nighters.

"Well, whatever it is it's nice to see those rainbows" To my horror Mizuki says something I didn't want to hear.

"Wait what!?" Now it's a good time to warn her.

"Ah when you cast your spell you're surrounded by rainbow colors it's pretty nice" The crowd finally realized it wasn't something they saw meaning it's related to Mizuki's eyes.

"Mizuki please be careful looking at that rainbow, it might look nice but there are somethings one must avoid looking" I say seriously.

"Eh why?"

"Those are my emotions spewing out due to lack of control since you can't control your eyes it will affect your mentality"

"Oh how bad can it be?"

"Trust me it's bad, just be careful with your eyes around me." Now that I gave my warning let's hope there won't be a religion built for me in this world.
