Observers, Heroes and Flexing

The next morning I went to bath with knowing Yuki is following me "stealthily" once I am inside I turned around to lightly chop at Yuki.

"Don't follow people into bathrooms."

"But we always bathed together"

"You know what I am not even going to bother, just don't go crossing any lines" with her nod we took a bath together while talking the possibility of me and dad can go back to the village, I told her it's not possible since elders won't allow it. I also said that I don't want to go back myself.

I mean they don't have much modern technology there, it's ridiculous. I am not living without the benefits of modern technology.

After our bath which was noted by the duo sisters we went to school.

The week passed relatively quiet, with Yuki joining in the Training/Elimination of demons in town we progressed in power and I reached a nice level of physical strength. We can't handle everything but it should be enough right? I would probably spam Banishing Shift and Kaleidoscope though.

Maria didn't mention Master-servant contract but the full moon is approaching and I am trying to come up with excuses to reject it without breaking anyone's heart.

So, to both relieve myself and to treat my ally I took Takigawa to all you can eat barbecue, let's hope Hasegawa will follow like in the original.

She's been watching us clear out the town, I think she caught on our "rapid" progress but she can't sense the training grounds.

"Are you sure about this Basacchi this is quite expensive you know?"

"I treat my friends allies good and it's not like I am going to run out of money soon" I can use the money I have from other dimensions as long as it's not in large quantities.

"Well, if you say so I won't hold back"

During our eating Takigawa informed me about the arrival of Zest and her partner, I don't really remember the dude he died pretty quickly. Well he didn't give any names since he doesn't know neither.

He also talked about Master-servant contract but he was surprised to learn I didn't do it.

"Why wouldn't you make a contract, its merits outweigh the dangers"

"I am not comfortable with the idea, it's not like you have contracts neither" Yeah, one of the strongest demons Lars doesn't have a single contract.

"Oh how do you know?"

"My eyes can see more than they let on" I answer mysteriously.

"Huh it's Toujou, mind if I join you two? There has been a lot of people asking me to sit with them." Here she is, I always wondered if she's aware of men lusting after her or not.

Well, I will ask her later. Hasegawa joining us brought the end of our surpernatural discussion, I paid for the dinner so she now owes me a dinner and once we finished our meal Takigawa bailed on me saying he has something to do.

Now I am walking home alongside Hasegawa, to be honest I have no idea what to talk with her since I don't really have any normal concerns and most of my conversation topics are supernatural related.

She questioned me about the whole Master-servant thingy but didn't press on, I think my lack of stress making her not get too close since she just approaches whenever I am in danger or confused about something...

"Toujou, you look like you have something on your mind" Hasegawa hugged me and said this. I happend to be confused as well...

We sat down and I tired to describe the Master-servant contract with gaming terms and my reluctance to do it.

It must've been shocking to her since her eyes kept getting wider while I talked about why I don't like slavery for power even if it's consensual.

"If you have confidence in yourself that you can do it without this power up, you shouldn't be bothered with it" Yeah I have no problems there.

"Then how am I going to explain to my friends without making them sad?" it's sounds silly when I say it like this.

"They should understand if you explain yourself, trust goes both ways after all. You need to trust them to understand" I feel like an idiot...

'Cortana do a full check up'

"Thank you sen..." I couldn't finish my words since Hasegawa's hair turned golden.

"What is it Toujou?"

"Nothing it just looked like sensei's hair turned blonde but it must be the light it's sunset after all" I made up an excuse, it seems Cortana's scan opened my eyes literally.

"Is that so, with which one would look better I wonder" Hasegawa says while combing her hair with her hands.

"Sensei would look good either way" I say with smile my efforts earns me a kiss/charm on my forehead in return.

I can feel the divine blessing trying to enter my body, I let it enter let's hope it's just a charm.

"Well, don't think about your problems too, you can come talk to me whenever you feel confused, it's my job to help students after all" Saying this Hasegawa left, I felt her teleport after she turned the corner.

It seems it's time to go home for me as well.

How did this happen... I mean I know how it happened it's just that, what am I supposed to do. Imagine bunch of 3 year olds surrounding you and telling you to leave their big sister alone.

This is exactly how I am feeling towards these "senpai" I can't be bothered with them but I can't really do anything as well.

Let's just wait till Yuki brings a teacher... and right on cue my homeroom teacher comes to "rescue" me.

After he goes away Yuki comes and asks me to a date, I tell her Mio and Maria might follow us, she just shrugged saying they can try...

While talking I was also looking towards "heroes" who came to kill Mio I just winked at them before they left.

After they left I got close to Yuki and whispered what just happened, poor girl didn't even sense the other heroes hearing my reasoning she agreed to bring the duo sisters on our now "not much of a date anymore" named by Yuki herself.

I also gave her a spare key of the house she was already packing up anyway.

So on the weekend we started our "not so much of a date" by going to mall, I had to deal with constant bursts of killing intent from Kurumi, I have to get along with her in the future don't I.

After Yuki dissapered on us, I brought the girls to an open area where I can move easily since I already sensed that demon that's coming to his death.

"Why are we moving away from Public Basara?"

"There's a demon on our tail and heroes are watching they also stopped Yuki from warning us, she might be on our side but she won't disobey orders." Hearing my anwser they were surprised they didn't sense anything but I did the impossible things already so they followed until demon decided to show himself...

Then die by my Banishing Shot(I named it) right away.

"One would think they'd send someone with brains but whatever" I say nonchalantly.

"You killed him right away" Mio says.

"Well look at him there's no way that muscle head has any Intel for us" I point out.

"Right..." As we were talking Takashi and Kurumi attacked right away I can feel Shiba watching from behind, I faintly heard Kurumi yelling "traitor" but my spatial awareness is nothing to scoffed at, with a snap their attacks Banished and they have energy blades made of Banishing Shift's energy on their necks.

"So what does weaklings like you two are doing here, I understand Shiba but you two are too green" I point out even though I should be the weakest here...

"Going offensive right away isn't like you Basara" Shiba says with a calm smile.

"Well, it's not like we're comrades anymore and I am not about to ignore people attacking me"

"You're aware that, you're protecting the daughter of the last demon Lord!? Traitor!" Somehow this girl gets on my nerves.

"What does a little girl like you know anything Kurumi! Just shut it and wait on the side" I yell at her causing her to start making a magic circle that got Banished right away.

"Calm down, fighting here is not beneficial to any of us but I must inform Village deemed Naruse Mio to be too much of a threat we are ordered to kill her." Shiba adds.

"Than I am giving you three one last warning"

"As if someone like you can beat us all!" Takashi can't help but yell.

Sighing I snap to use a spell similar to time alter and move with impossible speed then knock them out Shiba included. Once they're unconscious I turned to Yuki who's holding her sister so she doesn't drop to the ground.

"Yuki, tell them this is their last warning I don't want to hear the bullshit of people that fall before even I draw my sword." Saying my piece I left with the sister duo leaving a sad Kuudere behind.

Mio and Maria never saw me "serious" (I like to call it chuuni AF) before so they decided to stay quiet and follow me.

"I didn't think they'd let Shiba out but how did it go?"

"I knocked them out and left them with Yuki"

"You knocked out Shiba!?"

"Yeah, why I didn't even draw my sword"

"Son, is there anything weird happening with your body you know..."

"I know what puberty is dad..."

"I am joking, my vision have been getting more clear and I have been seeing dreams about this golden dragon..."

"I see you're sure it's golden or yellow?"

"Yeah but it has markings on it, seemed ancient but you know I kinda felt a connection between us, it almost felt like it's trying to say something to me"

"Right, keep me updated and don't worry about drawing the ire of hero village they don't matter to me crush them I got your back, goodnight son"
