I. Welcome to hell

Hi, guys! I know its a short chapter but I wanted to introduce you into the story a little bit.

While inspecting the prisoners rows, something caught Corporal Watanabe's attention. From the second row, someone was staring at him. He fixed his eyes on the boy who suddently bowed his head. But it was too late, Watanabe was already coming to him.

"You! One step forward"

AJ freezed hearing those words. He was hoping until the last moment he wasn't Watanabe's target.

"So, you are half japanese." continued Watanabe staring in AJ's perfect oblique eyes. His hair was dark and a little longer than usual, framing his beautiful features perfectly. Watanabe raised his brow examining the boy in front of him, not beleving his eyes. The boy was pretty like a japanese woman, yet, he was an american soldier in a Prisoniers Camp.

"Well, you are not Japanese, you are just a shame, the enemy of Japan, just like the rest of you. So you are gonna be treated accordingly" Yelled Watanabe

"And dont you ever raise your look at me. Dont look at me" continued Watanabe full of anger. In the next second, he hit AJ with the bamboo stick for a few times, making him bleed and unable to stand up.

This was his first lesson in the prisoniers Camp. Never look at the tall, handsome man whose eyes are full of hate.

"Dissmised" yelled one of the japanese soldiers. That meant it was the time for the new prisoners to got to the barracks.

"I see you already meet 'The Bird'", said one of the soldiers in the barracks, seeing AJ's bloodied nose

"Why are you calling him like that?" Asked AJ sitting on his new 'bed'

" Cause he heards everything. They say he comes from a very rich family and he wanted to be an officer but he was denied, hence the reason for his erratic behavior." answered on of the prisoniers who introduced himself as Louis Zamperini

"I'm Alexander James. Call me AJ"

"Well, welcome to hell, AJ. Try not to piss The Bird off. You should get some rest now."

AJ nodded, laying on the improvised bed next to Louie. He closed his eyes tight, trying not to let the tears out and fell asleep soon.
