Chapter 13
We arrived at the kingdom. I showed the guards my pass and we entered the gate.
The kingdom looks very strong. The gate was surprisingly made of thick metal. Opening this gate will take a lot of manpower. The walls are equipped with surveying crystals. The top of the wall has guards positioned every fifty steps with each other. Guards patrol the city and arrests people who violate the law. The armor of the guards was surprisingly high grade. Everyone feels secured in the kingdom of Halucia.
Knowing the power level of your enemy is very important before challenging him. A trick that my master taught me. A normal soldier of the kingdom is slightly weaker than me. I can still defeat them. But the plattoon commanders are very strong. It will be hard on me to defeat them without using magic power. This is what I need. Training to become strong.
I first went to a real state agent to find a house for us three. She introduced a lot of different house and different locations to us. She also explained the rules in the kingdom.
The kingdom is split into 4 sections. The palace where the royals lived. The second level, closer to the kingdom, is the noble/aristocrat area. The third level is the soldiers area. The fourth is the normal people area.
Discrimination is forbidden in the kingdom. Nobles and peasants are treated equally. Strength is prioritized in the kingdom, whatever the origin of the person is, whether he is poor or rich, noble or peasant. As long as he can protect the kingdom from its enemies, the kingdom will acknowledge you.
We decided to get a house in the fourth level. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Me and Dan are in a room and Arya is in the other room. Dan never knew the relationship of me and Arya and I decided to keep it from him. He is like a thirteen year old kid. Arya accepted it and we began unpacking our luggages. It took us a while to arrange and clean the house. We decided to go eat outside in a restaurant.
We ordered the delicacies of the kingdom. We walked around and bought foods, utensils and magic crystals in the stalls. Everyone was nice. The night ended and we all went back home. I called Arya and Dan to have a meeting.
...."I called you two so that we can discussed what will happen in the future."
""Okay."" (Both of them)
...."I will go to the army to train my body. The duration of this training is definitely a long one. It might take 2 years. That is the maximum time i will spend in the kingdom. But if I can be strong less than 2 years is much better. I will leave the kingdom then. It will up to you guys to follow me or stay in this kingdom"
""Okay.""
.... "Arya, you must find a job tomorrow. Even if it pays you a little, as long as you have a job so that you cant be bored. I will give you money for our needs in the house. You can keep your money to buy yourself clothes or thing you want. We will enrol Dan to the school. I will also give him his allowance. And I will give him just a right amount of allowance so that he cant be a spoiled kid.""
""I understand. I will find a job tomorrow after I enrolled Dan to the university."" (Arya)
....."Okay that is all. You can go upstairs to the room Dan. I still need to talk to your sister."
"Okey" (Dan)
He went up and Arya and I were sitting at the table.
..."So Arya. I need you to be careful when your brother is around. He must not know about us. We will not have sex if he is at home ot if he will go home. We can only do it when he will sleep with his classmates house or when we both go to motel bar."
"Okay. But promise me that we will at least do it four times a week."
...."I cant promise you that. I will try my best. My training will be a hard one so I might be too sore or too tired to do it."
"I will take that as a yes."
She kissed me and went upstairs to sleep.
Tomorrow will begin my body training. Hand to hand combats, spear skills, sword skills and many skills that will strengthen my body. I must not rely solely on my magic power. I must train these to the fullest.
The night ended.
