Sword technique

Wei Yuan followed the elder out of the outer circle. They went through a simple stone gate after that. This stone gate was the line between the outer circle and inner circle.

If you choose your technique just inject your Qi inside the token. This token functions just like a storage ring. It will store your chosen technique. You can't pick more technique after that because the library won't allow you to do it."

Foundation Establishment stage cultivators can still feel hunger. They can just endure it way longer, thats all. Eating inside the library was forbidden. Wei Yuan started thinking and finally decided which technique is the best for him. He walked before a bookshelf and picked an old book. This book looked very ancient, but there was no missing page.

It was a sword technique. The sword soul technique. This martial arts technique was very complicated, but it was one of the strongest mortal grade technique. It was composed of 3 stages. The first stage was the external sword where the cultivator can learn how to condense a sword out of Qi. This required precise Qi control and patience. The second stage was the sword finger. A cultivator can produce sharp sword Qi on this stage and use his fingers like a blade. The third and last stage was the sword intent.

This stage is mysterious and only those with very deep understanding can reach this stage. Reaching sword intent is like attaining enlightenment. The enlightenment is when someone suddenly starts to understand a lot of things thanks to his deep knowledge. Reaching the stage of sword intent is the same.

Wei Yuan choose this technique because of two things. He liked the sword and the second reason is because this technique required a lot of concentration and a high level of Qi manipulating skill. Wei Yuan felt like he can understand a lot about Qi with this technique.

They just simply can't use techniques on Qi condensation because of the lack of Qi.

He was just about to continue when someone knocked on his door.

The voice was unfamiliar. Wei Yuan stood up and opened the door. A man with black shoulder length hair and brown eyes stood before him. This young man was not ugly, but he currently looked very arrogant.

"You are the new inner disciple right? Let's fight. I need your house."

"What if I refuse?"

"Then I will beat you up every day, how about that?"

Wei Yuan showed a wide smile. It was so wide, almost frightening. It was a good timing. Wei Yuan wanted to fight with someone in order to train his skills and this guy showed up almost instantly. He will be a good training dummy.
