A deep breath.

Hados gulped as I placed the shotgun to my side once more, I calmy asked "What did you see?"

The Asari nervously glimpsed down at the shotgun, now resting on my leg, before looking back up to my face, barely making eye contact.

"I know who your mother is as well as your father, I know what they made you do and what happened to your siblin-"

I thrust the shotgun back up to her head and snarled "I have no siblings,"

She meekly continued "I know what happened the last time the Asari public found out about your heritage, I also know that you will silence me one way or another."

I could feel the gears turning around in my mind, at the levels that they only did way back then.

'I only have two options here, I kill her to silence her or I tie her so deeply into me that if she were to say anything, it would result in a fate worse than death. My Father would be so proud of me right about now.'

I dropped the shotgun onto the floor and slowly approached the shaking Asari, pulling her into my arms, I whispered "From this moment on Hados, I own you in every way possible, I will protect you, treat you as my wife. What you need to remember is that no one can know what I am, not until I have built the Asari up to the point where they can survive without me. When that time comes, I will speak the truth and step down if I need to, there is another option to this though, a choice for you."

My eyes flashed a deep and dark green as a giant green and black ball of pure dark energy appeared behind me.

(A/n Only a few species can utilize pure dark energy, although I haven't directly told you who her father is, this is a big hint ;) )

*Boom*

The energy exploded, destroying the table and chairs, barely leaving the communication devices in check.

"Would prefer the first or second option?"

Hados looked up at me with fear still p[lastered all over her face, "I choose the first option,"

Smiling, I gently separated us before putting the shotgun back on its rest.

"We have wasted a lot of time here already, we can discuss this all in more detail as soon as we have some sort of shelter and food. We need to push forwards, I will go on ahead, take a few minutes to gather yourself and then catch up with me."

She nervously nodded her head before I left, as soon ad I left the room I sighed,

'I thought I had moved past the trauma caused by my family bit judging by that episode I guess I didn't, its times like these that remind me that I'm only mortal, not a god like the Asari like to believe me to be.'

'I do miss my sisters, I truly hope that they are happy where they passed over too and that I'm truly sorry, It should have been me.'

*Boom*

'What the fuck was that? that explosion shook the entire Ark.'

*Boom*

'Again?'

Picking up my pace, I sprinted into the main square, the hull for the ark, ripped open by the cruiser I assume. Turning on the protection on my helmet, I sprint through the square, ignoring the lifeless bodies of unlucky Asari floating around in the now vacuumed area.

' Need to get to the storage area now, I need those supplies, going through the normal walkways will take too long, if I recall it should be two floors below me. I wonder if I can.'

I began to pool some raw dark energy into a sphere, looking up I saw Hados enter the square with her helmet on, I smiled at her and

*Boom*

I rammed the sphere into the floor, free-falling, I fell straight down two floors and slammed into a Mako.

'Well at least I know I'm in the right place.'

"Hados it is safe to jump down."

And so she did, landing in my arms s I easily caught her.

Quickly glancing around the room, I noticed a forklift, not a modern solution but a practical one.

(A/N they are still used in the ME universe, bite me.)

"Grab all the containers of food and two generators, place them on the forklift, we need to find a way to get this old piece of junk to where the Ket ships are and back without it being destroyed."

Hados turned after placing a few crates of food down and said" Why not use a mixture of singularity snd pull to lift it the hole we jumped down?"

'I guess that could work.'

"Yeah that could work, you know what? It is a little too quiet in he-"

*Snarl*

"I had to say something."
