I started to regain consciousness. But not fully. I took control of my mind, but not my body. When my vision became clear, all I'm witnessing is how all of my demons are crushed onto the ground. They're all wailing in pain, groaning. Even Pyumo, the biggest demon in the army, is growling in agony.


This ancient demon dare to hurt my demons, using my own power!


I tried anything to move my hands. But my body just stiffens. I felt a throbbing headache. This demon is fighting back.


I heard Lilith's small voice. I saw her beside Lavender, trying to get up. Lavender is also struggling. Not just her, my high-leveled demons are also struggling. The low-leveled ones are completely crushed. But since demons can't die, they're just wailing in pain.


The sight of her and my other demons getting hurt made me furious.


I saw my demons widen their eyes in shock when they heard me screaming. My screaming turned into growls. I fell down on my knees. My body felt as if getting pulled by something. It's so heavy.


And my head, it's like there are thousands of dull needles are penetrating my skull.


I promised mother, I promised father, I promised everyone.


I can't go anywhere if I let myself get beaten now.


First, I tried to stop using my willpower. I felt relieved when I saw my demons slowly starting to get up from the ground. The ones that are closest to me are Io and Callisto.


"... Master," Callisto mumbled. His usual sleepy face is replaced with amazement.


Maybe the sight of me trying to fight an ancient demon amazed them on a whole new level.


My demons' cheers gave me some extra strength. I could clench my fists. Even though it hurts like hell, but I know the demon in me is overwhelmed.


A giant ball of black steam enveloped my body. It's coming out- no, it's pouring out of my body. I saw the black-eyed demon fell beside me. He's out of breath.


Before he could pull anything else, I ignored the pain and sore feeling throughout my body from using my willpower too much and use it again. The black-eyed demon growled and tried to attack me again.


But I glared at him and use my willpower even more. Before he could lay his finger on me, his hands fell to the ground. He tried to lift his head. His entire body is trembling.


Somehow I can control my willpower according to my will now.


Without affecting the entire demons. Io, Callisto, Lilith, Lavender, and the rest of my demons could stand on the ground with ease.


By pushing my strength even more, finally, the ancient demon fell to the ground.


I breathed out heavily. I staggered a little but managed to stand up.
