And so, the merciless battle continued.


After defeating Corben, other students started to pour out. I didn't show my demons at all because I don't think I have to. But the crowd got excited all the time my opponents got beaten even though I'm not moving an inch.

Twenty minutes passed, there's only one more student.

I fainted because I'm still tired from my fight with Sephtis. That stupid ancient demon. The thing that's embarrassing is how I lose from a tiny guy. The weakest-looking one amongst the other participants. Now I'm laying on a nurse bed, with Renn, Julian, Regan, and Luna.


"It's my fault because I insisted you to participate!"


And Renn won't stop crying, thinking that it's his fault. Regan frowned too.


"It's not you guys' fault," I said while chuckling. "I'm just tired,"


"You technically win the fight since you have beaten everyone except for one student," Luna said happily.


"It still counts as losing," Renn pouted.


"About that," Julian started. He playfully glanced at Renn. Renn looked at him back.


I smirked devilishly. "Have you forgotten something?"


Regan wrapped his hand around Renn's shoulder. "Lake?"


Julian lean over to Renn too, smiling innocently. "Butt-naked?"


Luna blushed. "... W-What are we talking about?" she asked curiously.


I pointed at Renn. "Renn is going to throw himself into the lake if I lose,"


Luna covered her mouth with her hand, tried to suppress her laugh.


"No take backsies," Regan quickly said.


On that day, we all went to the river and saw Renn jumping into the lake without using his pants. I thought I would never feel this happy at school. But I was wrong. It was like being in school in my previous life as Yuta.


I looked at the sky with a smile on my face.
