Managing The Demons

The moving-in process didn't take long since I got the help of my demons. They carried all of my belongings to my new house.

... My new house. It's, gigantic.

No, actually, it's way bigger than father's mansion.

This whole land belongs to me. The forest, the garden, the lake, the river, everything. It's almost similar to the royal palace. It took me two whole days to explore the entire area.

Two days!

I explored the forest, that took half a day. Then the lake, the backside of the buildings, horse stable, dungeons, basements, pantry, everything.

All of this belongs to me!

I happily prance around the empty corridor that's extremely massive. Looking through the windows, then walked in every room.

This is awesome!

It feels like a game. Before managing my house, I have to manage my demons first.

"Oh, little master~"

Io welcomed me as I appeared in the middle of the temple. I looked around, there's only Io here.

"Where are the others?" I asked him. Io floated toward me.

"They're outside," Io said.

"And what are you doing here?"

Io smiled innocently. "To avoid the mess,"

"The mess???"

"Stay away from me you big-boobed succubus!"

"Hehe~ Just let me hug you Callisto dear~"

"L-Lavender, please don't bother Callisto-"

"Hoho~! My lovely Lilith, are you jealous?"

"I-I'm not! Please! Kyaa!"

"Roaar!"

.... It sounded like a mess outside.

I looked sarcastically at Io. He only shrugged.

The last time I was in this realm is when I was battling with Septhis, the ancient demon. Maybe I neglected this place for too long.

I walked outside of the temple. The temples have grown much bigger, and maybe the low-leveled demons built more temples for everyone to rest in. I saw Lavender and Callisto is flying around in the sky, some mid-leveled demons on the ground that are watching and enjoying the show, and other demons minding their own business.

It's like a busy town in this realm.

Lilith flew toward me, gasping for air.

"M-Master!"

"Lilith," I said. Then I smiled playfully. "Busy day hm?"

Lilith blushed, then let out a big sigh while looking at Callisto and Lavender. "... I suppose,"

"Hey, that's master!"

I saw a lizardman exclaimed happily.

"Master!"

"Master Ezra!"

The demons started to gather in the middle of the temples. It's more like a capital now. There are hundreds, no, possibly more than that. Thousands of demons gathered in the middle, chanting my name.

Ugh, they're so noisy.

Lavender and Callisto fly their way toward me.

"Hello there master~" Lavender greeted me happily.

"Do you need anything?" Callisto asked lazily. He yawned loudly. "I hope not," He whispered at the end.

"I do, let's get inside,"

"Yes master,"

Lavender, Lilith, Io, Callisto, and Lavender walked in the temple behind me. I sit on a wide chair made out of marble. The rest is sitting in front of me. Except for Callisto who's just floating on the air lazily.

"Alright, let's start the meeting," I said happily.

"Oh, our first meeting," Io chuckled.

"This is quite exciting~" Lavender giggled. Lilith nodded her head, looking at me with anticipation.

"As you guys can see, the number of demons in this realm has grown quite a lot. Almost as many as the citizens in this kingdom. So I've been thinking about managing the demons. But I can't do it alone,"

"Oh great," Callisto sighed.

"Shush," Lilith shushed Callisto.

"My idea is, to make Lavender, Callisto, and Io as generals,"

"Ooh~" Lavender's eyes sparkled.

"A general? that's not bad at all," Io said proudly.

I nodded. "I'll explain more,"

Then, I started to give them my orders.

I assigned Io, Lavender, and Callisto as generals.

Io will be in charge of selecting and training demons as soldiers. Lavender is in charge of the low-leveled demons, especially the rangers and informants. And Callisto will manage animal-like demons like Pyumo the dragon, hellhounds, Cerberus, and other animals that the rangers scouted.

And the meeting kept going on for three hours.
