‘‘Prosecutor Ann, how have you been?’’ he flashed a smile before pulling her into a tight hug, '‘I missed you’’

''What if something happens when I leave it. Just feed me some. What is wrong with that? We are husband and wife'' he said it casually like it was a normal thing but it made her heart flutter.

Willow nodded and cut some of the chocolate. She moved closer and was about to put it in his tongue that he had stuck out and a car from behind hit theirs.

Matthew Hayez swiftly stretched forth across Willow, preventing her from hitting her head against the car's dashboard but he got hurt instead. He hissed in pain and Willow dropped the chocolate and took his hand.

''Matthew, are you alright?'' she cussed and turned to look behind them, ''that darn driver, what kind of driving lessons did he take to be driving this way? Matthew, wait here for me. I am going to give that driver a piece of my mind and then send you to the hospital''

Matthew Hayez tried to stop her but the pain in his wrist seemed unbearable. He sighed and decided to get down with her.
