A family dinner (1)

"Can't you be a little bit patient?" The old man glared at Aaric. Two days? Just now those fools were discussing approaching that organisation and now his grandson wants them to finish it in two days.

"Then do you want me to wait till it's too late?" Aaric tilted his head and said with a frowned expression.

"Either they do give me a way to get hold of that organisation or they are finished. I don't like to play with my prey much unlike you." Aaric was somebody who would target his opponents directly and finish them off without giving them any time to recover. He disliked the idea of taking time and playing out with their prey. Who knows from where they might find a chance to rise up or escape.

And to the contrary, his grandfather had always been that person who would choose the ;atter option. He would like to play with his target until he becomes so vulnerable that he won't hesitate to die rather than choosing to continue living.
