After being separated for five years, finally Aaric returned one day only to find his beloved, Sasha to have unknown parents and was engaged to somebody.

She even forgot about him.

Later, when everything came back on track and they were happily living together, suddenly she met with a horrible fate.

Aaric stayed with her for all the past eight months taking care of her. He wanted to be the first person she sees once she wakes up.
But her reaction was totally opposite of what he expected.

"Who are you?"

Did all the hardwork he had done to make her alive again from her deadly past was all gone in vain?

Elijah's words made Edward press his lips together. What was he supposed to answer? He had no words. At that time even he didn't know what he was doing. His eyes were blinded by Olivia's demands, she was such a hot model of her time and he didn't wanted her to leave his side. She had asked him to take such steps and he was forced by her, wasn't he?

Edward opened his mouth and was just about to defend him by using some unreasonable logic when Elijah already cut him off and said.

"It's fine you don't have to. After all you are nothing except a sperm donor for me." Elijah shrugged his shoulders and said so casually which made Edward's face turn red in embarrassment while Elder Jones who was sitting all depressed could not help but burst out in laughter. His grandson who always remained so quiet, could be so humorous sometimes, he could not believe it.

"Son, how could you say that?" Edward chided Elijah softly but he kept in mind to speak in a gentle voice.
