I Trust You

Four looked at his comrade blankly. "Why are you asking me?"

Five didn't understand his question. Out of everyone here he had been around her the longest. Didn't it make more sense to ask him over any of the others? Especially since they all looked to her for orders right now.

After their conversation earlier she had believed they were on more equal footing than the others. He was the only one she trusted to give her any sort of real assistance right now.

"I trust you and want to hear what you have to say about the matter," she informed him.

Four was unconvinced. "Are you sure I am the one you trust? You were willing to throw everything away and make us all follow you because of Six."

Throw everything away? Why did he think that? Weren't things better on the outside in terms of food and information at the very least? Five didn't like the way he made the situation sound.
