Pure Poison

Stage 1-9, where Stage 9 is the highest (disciple, expert, master, king, emperor, sovereign, venerable, sage, ascendance)


Every stage is divided into 3 levels (low, mid, high)


Human/Ghost Lifespan: Mortal-60 years, Disciple-100 years, Expert-250 years, Master-500 years, King-900 years, Emperor-2500 years, Sovereign-6000 years, Venerable-16 000 years, Sage -55 000 years. Ascendance - 300 000 years


For Demons, Magical beast is the lifespan double, because it's harder for them to reach the next stage, but they are also stronger than humans/ghosts


Reaching the king stage all non-human beings will gain a human form


Human - righteous or evil factions, born as mortals and they need a spiritual root to become a cultivator, the human form is the primordial form created by the heaven


Demon - animal, plant, object that gained intelligence by absorbing a huge amount of qi, they have a nucleus inside their bodies and they need to reinforce it by absorbing other beings or things, they are evolving and strengthening themself.


Magical beast - monsters that were intelligent by birth, already a mid-level or late-level Disciple after birth, the stronger bloodline the better talent and higher chance to level up, levels up by strengthening their bloodline by absorbing qi and devouring the bloodlines of others


Ghost - human, demon or magical beast soul that was able to stay in the mortal world despite it has already died, they need to absorb yin qi to strengthen their soul and to reach a new Stage


Spiritual root - divided into 3 ranks: heaven choice (1), normal (2), lowest (3); needed to become a cultivator, child born from cultivator parents has a very high chance to have a spiritual root


qi - energy contained between heaven and earth; yin and yang qi


Heaven punishment - will appear when someone tries to break through Stage 3 to Stage 4 to become a King and later on too, for non-human is the punishment always a bit stronger.
