Turning Foes into Allies

If I remember correctly, Caitlin Snow isn't Killer Frost. I mean she is Killer Frost but not Killer Frost at the same time. Maybe I can use the Arc of Embodiment to create a pill that will separate the two consciousnesses and have their own bodies. I'll do that later since her powers aren't manifesting in a negative manner yet.

Currently I have Batman and Flash on the Justice League. I can definitely convince Superman to join since he is my brother and he'll be delighted to work together with other people who want to be heroes and they do share similar values.

I have basically the 3 core members of the Justice League and we can also include their teammates too. I was thinking of getting Oliver Queen in my team right now but I'll do that a little later.

Barry can talk to Oliver in my place since they work together a lot. The next place to go is Metropolis and talk with my brother and tell him about my plans. I fly towards Metropolis and I see that Superman is actually fighting against Lex Luthor.

'Lex Luthor isn't technically a bad guy. He is a bad guy and he is consumed by envy and jealousy but he has a shred of good intention inside him. Maybe I can convert him before he goes too far into being a villain.'

I see that Superman is actually struggling to 'beat' Lex. He's actually holding back most of his powers because he doesn't wanna hurt Lex. Plus, he's not an experienced Hero so he's not able to easily fight him without making sure to kill him so he has to dial back his powers by a lot and it's hard to conclude on how much to hold back since he is armed with his Warsuit.

"You're nothing but a menace to Society, you come to my city and act like a God. You are praised by everyone BUT NOT ME. You may be good now but can I be sure that you will be like that forever! You don't hurt, you fly, you can destroy the city and maybe even the world in a second if they anger you. You don't have any problems and you never worked for your powers! I worked my ass off to keep myself fit, broaden my knowledge, build a multinational company and you come along and threaten my very existence with your being and not just my existence but the existence of all humans! Who will keep you in check??? I don't matter anymore, it's all you but I don't need you! WE DON'T NEED YOU!" - Lex Luthor

"Luthor, I mean no harm. This is my world too and I'm here to protect it. I do what I do without compensation to show people like you that I don't do stuff because I get things in return. I do things because I love my world and I want nothing to harm it!" - Superman

"That is a bunch of crap! Superman, you may beat me now but I will destroy you one day and show you that we don't need you to protect us and we are enough." - Lex

Watching this happen while I'm in the air does erk me a little. Superman is the most selfless guy I've ever met. He would even give his life for a normal citizen if it ever came to that and to think he has malicious intentions is annoying.

I don't blame him though. He is human after all and he has emotions. He feels envy towards Superman since he worked to get where he is and he feels like Superman was given everything to him by a plate. It's all really a misguided sense of morality. Maybe I can convert him too and other villains as well and make them join the Justice League.

I think it's time I make my appearance.

"That's enough guys, I have a solution for the both of you.'

They both look up and see a pretty tall man wearing a tux in the air and it looks as if he is looking at two little childrens fighting. He was even younger than them.

"Zac?? What are you doing in Metropolis?? Mom and dad said that you were gonna travel the world or something so you didn't go to college?" - Superman

"So there are two gods amongst us? One older and one younger! To hell with you guys, I'll make sure to destroy both of you for good!" - Lex

"Lex, I mean no harm as well as my brother. In fact, we can even work together. You're not the only human who wants to take precaution against us and that's fine with me. I'll even help you take precautions against us if we ever get out of control. I think we all share the same ideals of helping humanity and you're just not a superhuman but a normal one. However, that doesn't mean we can't work together. You know about Bruce Wayne and Wayne Enterprise? He's also taking precautions against us but he isn't going his way to kill us since we haven't done anything."

"How will you help me take precaution against you? Are there any weaknesses for gods like you?" Lex was surprised and very interested now. If he can find out the weaknesses of them then he can use that to eventually get rid of them and become more powerful.

"Yes, look at this." I extend my arm and I use the Arc of Embodiment to create a small shard of Kryptonite and go near Superman and he backs away.

"Even as I am holding this, I am losing power and look at Superman, he's backing away at the site of this. This little thing can harm us and as I say that, it disappears.

"How'd you do that? What was that and how'd you make it appear and disappear??" - Lex

"That's not important right now. You can contact Bruce Wayne and talk to him. However, my brother is merciful but I am not. I want you to join us and help us but if I see you ever try to harm us, I wil throw you into a black hole and I'm not playing around. As I say this, I create a mini blackhole, which isn't really real but just a mirage. After that, I make it vanish.

"Go back to where you came from and don't make any trouble since you're the one being a villain right now. Apologize to the citizens of Metropolis and Superman and right your wrongs. We can be great allies in the future."

"Hmph, I'll see." - Lex

As he says that, he goes away and uses his warsuit to fly towards LexCorp.

I converse with Clark and we catch up on everything. I let him know of my plan to create a team that will protect the whole world. He's very eager to join and help since he wants to show humanity that he's here to do good.

"What was that green thing? Why did it make me feel so powerless?" - Superman

"That's called a Kryptonite. It's actually from your home planet."

"Home planet?? What's my home planet?" - Superman

"It's a planet called Krypton and it was destroyed in an explosion and you were one of the few survivors. Kryptonite is shards of matter that was cast from this planet after its destruction. These green ones will take away your powers. Don't worry though, I'll give you something that will protect you from its effects."

I use the Arc of Embodiment to create a pendant that negates the effects of the Kryptonite and I give to him.

"Thanks for this. Also, are you planning on staying in Metropolis with me for a while? We can catch up." - Superman

"I'll stay for a while and see what happens."
