(A/N: Some of you proposed to do a little something, and since it doesn't particularly bother me, I decided to do it. But do tell me if it feels too Bullsh*t…)
…
"What should I do?" Edam asked as the little shadowy creature known as Yamote came out of him.
"Hmm just let me do the rest, my lord," Yamote said and brought both his hands forward pointing his palms in the void.
"Alright then…" Edam said and closed his eyes.
Few seconds then passed by as from a meter or so from Yamote, some strange waves of energy began to swirl in a circle while slowly expanding.
It then opened up to a three meters wide gate and stayed still. Compared to the spatial gates that Edam would usually open back at home, this one was clearly better constructed, being extraordinarily stable.
This could be seen by the fact that Yamote's gate open up in a circular motion instead of his which would break space or slash it.
Yamote's experience was being display to him as he observed it with much interest.
"It's done my lord, the bridge is built and connected to the other side, you can enter it…" After saying his sentence, Yamote quietly flashed back in Edam's Soul sea.
This news drew out a smile on Edam's face.
But, he didn't forget to turn around to swing his hand in the air. "Anyway see ya all next time...!"
"Finally… Home sweet home…" As he grinned he took a step forward and walked inside the gate as it rapidly began to close.
With him inside, space suddenly started to accelerate with many sorts of shooting stars flying by in the dark space as the dimensional transfer started.
"Uh, my lord…?"
"Hmm? What is it?"
"Did you plan to take the girl too?"
"Huh?The girl? What are you talk-?" Confused Edam's excited mind returned to normal as his eyes involuntarily glanced at his sides.
But as he did so, his expression immediately turned to shock and surprise as he exclaimed.
"E-Eri?! what the- what are you doing here?!"
"Please… don't leave me there…"
Indeed, clinging onto his leg was the small white-haired Eri! She was currently looking at him with tears in her eyes.
"But…how? I didn't even sense her…" Edam exclaimed in incredulity.
["That may be because of the gate's erratic space and time property, your body's senses hadn't been used to this kind of thing yet… The other humans surely tried to get her but the gate had already shut down.]
"Yamote, cancel the transfer, we can't take her with us…"
["I can't my lord, the transfer has already begun, if we cancel it now, we would either end in space to wander around for a very long time or find ourselves on another planet of a new galaxy again."]
"What? Then, what do you suggest?'
["My suggestion is… let's finish the transfer first and think about everything else afterward… my lord's home planet happened to have the same atmosphere as this little girl's planet."]
"Hmm… alright…" Edam pondered over for a few secs and then glanced at Eri as he took her in his arms.
"Sigh… I will scold you later, bad kid…"
"I'm sorry Eden-nii…" Eri lowered her red eyes with guilt.
"Anyway, you're alright?"
"Hn, I'm just a bit cold, that's all…"
Edam sighed again as he held her tight before he erected a barrier around both of them to protect her in case.
After a while, Eri who was holding his arm then began to observe her surroundings with a rather lost but still curious expression.
"...Eden-nii… what are all those lights?"
"Huh? Oh, these are the stars. Although it seems like they are shooting stars, we're the ones who are going too fast."
"It's, it's pretty…" Her eyes shone curiosity and wonder.
"Uh… well, I guess yeah…" Edam glanced at her and then at the stars before nodding.
As he gazed at them, he couldn't help but think about how much everything that happened these days was still unbelievable even now…
...Literally expelled from his planet to other planets, meeting some god-like people, the little Yamote who kept calling him 'lord' and Eri…
Only a minute or two had passed as Yamote's voice rang out.
["We're there my lord, the arrival might be a bit shaking though…"]
"Alright." Edam nodded as he held Eri with his hand.
And in front of them, a white light flashed forcing them to close their eyes and…
Swoosh!
Edam felt the dimensional gate's strange space disappearing and the atmosphere itself changing as he opened his eyes.
He suddenly found himself kneeling on one knee on the ground.
"That… that was very strange…" He shook his head as he then looked at Eri.
"Hey, are you alright Eri?" He had let go of her and she was standing on her own.
"I… my head is hurting…" Eri closed her eyes and said in pain.
["Little girl, your body is not used to this planet's atmosphere and the gravity is a lot stronger too…"]
Yamote explained while Edam stood up and looked around.
His spiritual sense expanded as he saw through the forest, seeing some plants, beasts, and then at the very end, clouds…
Yes… clouds… the entire forest was surrounded by clouds…
"Oh? Is that… a celestial island?" Edam exclaimed inwardly, noticing a gigantic tree or something like that swirling to pierce the heaven.
For a reason or another, he felt beast sense tingling slightly as if he was observed by something.
However, right now he just wants to go back home as he spoke.
"Yamote, open a spatial gate to Amazon lily please…"
[Alright…] And so the portal opened up.
Edam then turned toward Eri and gave his hand.
"Come and hold onto my hand, I will show you my home…" Edam smiled brightly, seemingly feeling very satisfied with this sentence.
"I, It's difficult to breathe…" Eri said as she moved to hold his hand.
"Really?" Edam asked as he sniffed the air not feeling anything in particular.
["Some humans just cannot tolerate high altitude Lord, they have to adapt to this environment.]
"Well, another reason to get the hell out of here…" Edam pulled Eri to enter inside the spatial gate.
...But…
"Yahahaha…! Now, this is an interesting sight…!"
A voice suddenly resounded from above as Edam slowly turned his head around and shot a glance at that newcomer.
It was a blond-haired, pale-skinned man with a well-toned yet somewhat wiry build. He has a slim face, two very long stretched earlobes as well as a strange ring in his back. The man had a relaxed, half-lidded expression accentuated by a calm and confident smile.
On his back, a metallic ring with some sort of drums, in his hand, he held a golden staff.
…
"...? You are?" Edam curiously inquired while still holding onto Eri's petite hand as they turned around.
The newcomer first looked at them with a rather despising and laughing gaze and said as he slowly raised his hand at them.
"Yahahaha… you lowly strangers…"
As this guy said this line, his raised hand began to glow up with a very intense blue light.
"...I am God…!"
