I was alone again. My questions barely answered, surrounded by my family and friends. I'd already banged against the glass enough times to figure out it wasn't going to break with just me. They looked fake, like they were just images or pictures of the people I'd grown up with. I have been told they can't hear me, and that there is no point in trying to get them out. I may not be in one, but there is no exit from this room over then the heavily guarded door. They've told me they're going to wake them up soon, to 'let the fun start,' whatever that meant. I had a sick feeling in my stomach, a feeling of paralysis. I have no idea what most of the stuff in this room is, and it terrified me. The people here were far to powerful and knowledgeable on this Earth then I had ever imagined. That's why, in the next series of events, I let them play out.

A whoosh of air came from each tube as they went down the line, opening one by one.Confused and dazed clans stumbled out of their pods, each with distant looks on their faces. I saw Ferren, looking around confused, and went to him first.

"What is going on?" He asked, "I thought we were on Earth?"

I looked at him confused for a moment. He must have seen the same thing I had in the simulation. Odd. But I wouldn't be surprised if it was possible.

"Ferren, this is bad. I-I don't think we can get out of this. Not yet. Just play along, and think of a plan," I rushed down the line, to each person I knew, filling them in. Eventually, everyone knew. Everyone also seemed quite skeptic that I had been the only one who wasn't in a tube. Things just didn't add up, and I didn't know how to help. I felt powerless, and when the metal creaked, my heart sank to my toes.
