A young man was living with his parents at the edge of a forest. Their life was quiet and peaceful. But one day, catastrophe struck them. 
A vessel of unknown origins descended on the small family. What happened next, no one knew. 
The boy awoke in a mysterious land, with high tech and mystical stuff all around him. He was no longer on earth. 
However, he is accompanied by a strange new system that makes him stronger, and some ghost or something that can change shape. He is the only one who can see this being at first. 
Now he has to embark on a journey to find his parents, and to figure out the limit of this new system. 
Join Lance on his journey through the stars. Help him find his parents and get back home. He's gonna need all the help he can get.

The Game of the Worlds

After going through most, if not all, of the changes, Lance looked out the window as he sat on the couch drinking his coffee, "If we learn of some decent creatures, I wanna go out and tame them." He wanted to build his roster of pets, the more he had, the better. If he could send out a small army, he wouldn't need to attack himself. And in turn, he might think about evolving his spells and long-range attacks. 


"That could work, as long as we can find their locations." Vixen didn't mind finding more monsters to tame, she just wasn't sure how they could go about doing it. It could be days or weeks out in the wilderness, and with the academy that could be difficult. 


The suns finally started to rise, "Guess it's time to get ready." Lance didn't want to go to this class, but he was looking forward to learning about different monsters he could tame.


"Who knows, maybe something good will happen today." Vixen tried to brighten the mood a bit.
