Chapter 106: Throw The Sword, Mariya!

~ Third Person's Point of View ~

"Stay at my back, Mariya!"

The man hissed upon seeing the undead who are regaling from distant.

However, Mariya was bewitched by them. She can't even move her feet not utter a single word. She was trembling and sweating like a waterfall.

"Mariya!" He called out.

Because of it, the young woman was startled and screamed so loud. "Aaaaahh!" She pushed him away from her, without knowing that the undead was being distracted because of her.

"Do not move!"

He was gasping for air. His voice was embroidered with fear and panic. He was raising up his hands as an indication for her to be calm and steady. "Do not create such unnecessary noises!"

He put his index finger into his lip, trying to convince Mariya.

Tears stemming into her round, hazel eyes as she shook her head in agreement. She slowly moved her head to see what's happening but, the young man stopped her.
