Despite her ruptured flesh, she manages to swiftly avoid multiple obstacles, defying death itself, and fortunately survives, and saved from the hands of Grey Turner, the son of Andrew Turner, inside an abandoned house. She then becomes immune from the parasitic fungi/virus inside her cells and overturned her twisted rabid state due to her abnormal cells. Will Fleur and Grey be able to produce a complex vaccine out from her DNA, or fail from the mutated monsters lurking in the shadows?

We were startled by the faint creaking sound coming from the right door. Tomori was the first one to have heard the vibration and soon alerted us from the peculiar occurrence, as she lightly taps my shoulders and shakes our slumbering body.

We were given clear instructions by Quinn to leave the gates closed even if she would beg us to come and open it. However, if there was a glimmer of a chance that we could save Quinn's life from an unfathomable situation, then she'll have to recite the lines "I have chicken in my pocket", which was strangely awkward for everyone to hear. She added that this phrase was perfect to chant despite its out of the world context.

We could perceive the same banging from the other side of the door. All four of us lined up defensively, waiting for something or someone who would dare to open the gate.
