The Two

Menelaos looked at Aineas and said with unease. "If you're here then where is Father at? How come he isn't with you?"

Aineas stared at Menelaos and said rudely. "Did I give you permission to speak to me, trash?" He scoffed and said. "Do you think I'm His Supreme Majesty's dog? He'll arrive here when he wants to. I'm only here to ensure you disgusting creatures don't anger him. It's my job to protect the Empire after all."

Hypatos adjusted his stance and pointed his double tipped spear at Aineas. He then yelled out angrily. "Where do you get off calling us trash, bastard?! You may have once been royalty like us but you're not anymore! You're just a pathetic Guardian now! You will show us the same respect you show Father!"

Aineas scoffed and said. "Silence you annoying mutt! The only thing that matters is power! And in terms of power none of you stand a chance at defeating me! Even if all of you pathetic scum worked together I'd still destroy all of you with minimal effort! Learn your place, trash! The only members of 'royalty' I respect are Demosthenis and His Supreme Majesty! The rest of you 'royals' aren't even worthy of the title!"

Krios scratched the back of his head and sighed as he said. "Always a pleasure to see Aineas..."

A voice could be heard from the top layer. The voice said with a cheerful tone. "Hey! Is that you, Brother?! I was looking all over for you!"

A man walked out of the doorway, behind the left seat, on the top layer of the four layers. He had white hair and he wore armor that was both crimson and white. The left half was crimson and the right half was white. The two sides were divided diagonally. His mask was the exact same design as his armor. The left side of the mask was crimson and the right side was white and it was divided diagonally. Strapped to his back was a white greatsword that leaned to his right. On the left side of his waist was a white katana and on the right side of his waist was a white shortsword. He walked over to Aineas and then slapped Aineas on the back as he said. "Have you been here the whole time?! His Supreme Majesty sent me to come get you!"

Aineas said. "His Supreme Majesty sent you to come find me?" He turned around and looked at the man with the half crimson and half white armor as he said. "Does he need me for something, Brother?"

The man with the half crimson and half white armor, Aineas's brother, shook his head and said. "No not anymore. Since you're His Supreme Majesty's Fifth Guardian you were supposed to release all the other Guardians into the stadium. They were all lined up outside waiting for you to release them." He then stuck his right thumb up and said cheerfully. "But, I already took care of it!"

Aineas said. "Thank you for that, Brother. I didn't mean to keep them waiting. I intended to make sure all the royal garbage was accounted for before I dismissed the Guardians. But, the royal trash was being too noisy so I got a little... sidetracked..."

Aineas's brother patted Aineas on the shoulder and said joyfully. "You're always such a kind and caring leader, Brother. It's no wonder you were chosen to be His Supreme Majesty's Fifth Guardian."

Aineas shook his head and said. "Kindness isn't why I was chosen for this position. I was chosen because of my sheer power."

Aineas's Brother nodded his head and stuck his right thumb up as he said. "That's right. You're the most powerful Guardian and more powerful than any of the royals." He then chuckled and said. "Well other than his Supreme Majesty of course."

The boy who wore no armor that stood in the middle of the sand pit looked up at the people standing in the stadium and thought. "So these are Father's siblings? This is the first time I've seen them..." He then looked around at the rest of the stadium. He looked at seats that were not a part of the twelve walled off seats.

Individuals began to appear from the openings in the non walled off area of the stadium. The first group to appear was a group of three people that all wore extremely familiar armor. They all appeared in the center of the eastern side of the stadium.

The group of three consisted of a woman and two men. The woman and the two men wore armor that was dark red with a silver trim around the edge. They stood to the left side of three seats in the center of the left side of the stadium. They occupied two rows of seats. The woman and one of the men stood by two of the seats in one row. The other man stood by a seat in the row above the previous row.

The woman had black hair and green eyes with a sword strapped to her back that leaned to her left side. She was taller than the man in the row above her but not taller than the man in the same row as her. She had a very determined expression on her face. On her left arm was one vertical blade which had been engraved into her armor. On the left side of the one vertical blade was a mask. By the bottom left of the mask were three crossed blades. Two were diagonal and one was vertical.

The man who stood by the seat in the same row as the woman had cyan hair and light blue eyes. He had a spear strapped to his back that leaned to his left side. He was taller than both the woman and the other man. He had an annoyed expression on his face. On his left arm were three crossed blades which had been engraved into his armor. Two of the crossed blades were diagonal and one was vertical. On the left side of the three crossed blades was a mask. By the bottom left of the mask were three crossed blades. Two were diagonal and one was vertical.

The other man had dark red hair and dark red eyes with a greatsword strapped to his back that leaned to his left side. He was the shortest in the group. He had a very serious expression on his face. On his left arm were five crossed blades which had been engraved into his armor. Two of the crossed blades were diagonal, one was vertical, and the last two were horizontal. On the left side of the five crossed blades was a mask. By the bottom left of the mask were three crossed blades. Two were diagonal and one was vertical.

The boy with no armor stared at the group with surprise as he thought. "That is Father's First, Third, and Fifth Guardians! But why are all three of them here?!"

Krios scratched the back of his head and said awkwardly. "Three?! Isn't that a little much Menelaos?"

The woman with black hair, who stood next to the seat that a had mask with one vertical blade by the left side of it, placed her left hand on her chin as she said. "Oh my. So many Guardians in one place."

Hypatos looked at Menelaos and said angrily. "What is the big idea, Mene! Why did you bring three Guardians you bastard?!"

Menelaos said with irritation. "It's Menelaos! And it is for security! I'm the Host so I'm supposed to bring the highest number of Guardians!"

Hypatos pointed his double tipped spear at Menelaos and said angrily. "Security my ass! The Host is only supposed to bring a Fifth and a First! Not a Fifth, First, and a Third you bastard! You must really want to die today, huh?!"

Menelaos said with irritation. "You're not strong enough to kill me! You're a whole rank below me! And since when has the Host only been allowed to bring two Guardians? You brought four when you were the Host!"

Hypatos said angrily. "Are you accusing me of misconduct, Mene?! Fight me right here and now you bastard!"

Aineas said with annoyance. "Silence! You disgusting royals are so noisy it's unbearable. I want to cut you all down now. But, that would anger His Supreme Majesty and would upset the other Guardians."

Aineas's Brother patted Aineas on the shoulder and said cheerfully. "You're such a caring leader, Brother. Always thinking of others before yourself." He then looked down at Menelaos and Hypatos and said with a cold tone. "But if you two are really gonna fight it will be after His Supreme Majesty leaves. We wouldn't want him to get upset by watching two of his sons kill each other, now would we? So be on your best behavior until then. Or you will be... replaced."

Krios chuckled nervously and muttered. "Father's Fourth Guardian, Atreus Scarion. The most frightening Guardian..."
