It's not easy to be me

Seeing the coat on her lap, Zhao Ling understood that Lu Cong will never hurt her.

He would never raise his hand on her because he cared about her. Feeling a little better, She tried to lift the coat with her still shaking hands and the coat slipped from her hands.

Seeing her still shaking, he lifted the coat and gently pulled her to him. Keeping the coat on her shoulders and covering her small body frame in it he kept his hand on her shoulders and pulled her closer so she could feel his body warmth.

Frightened and stun by his sudden actions she started struggling but as soon as she realised that he was just helping her, she let the warmth, warm her down. As she heard him whisper.

"I was afraid, that something happened to you.....I have many enemies that are trying to pull me down, I can fight them alone but if something happens to you then."

As she heard his voice she sat up straight, turning to face Lu Cong she touched his cheeks with her finger as she saw his face saddened, she put her hands around his neck closing the gap, and kept her head on his chest.

Seeing her being affectionate for the first time he was shocked but holding her he pulled her more closer as she whispered.

"I was broken because my people stabbed me in the back, I am not a weak person....I know it's not easy to be you but I don't want to become your weak point."

Hearing her, a smile automatically crept on his lips as he rubbed her back in a soothing way while he said.

"I know, but it's not easy to be me....so next time you go somewhere please tell me and I am going to keep two bodyguards for you."

Breaking the embrace she once again sat on her side of the car as she firmly told him.

"Bodyguards no! please for god's sake I will call you every hour but no bodyguards."

"We are not having argument on this... and yes bodyguards certainly will accompany you everywhere."

Hearing him she knew she was fighting a lost battle, sitting quietly and folding her arms ahe shut her eyes as the sleep consumed her.

A heavy voice almost woke her, trying to open her eyes she saw she was being carried by Lu Cong in his arms.

As he laid her, she turned on the bed and slept. Shaking his head at his small wife, he changed and pulled her close to him as they both drifted in their sleep.

It was 4 am when she was awaken by the hollow in her stomach, but stuck by the arms of Lu Cong who was sleeping peacefully hands around her, she couldn't get up. Wiggling in his strong hold, she got out successfully.

Entering kitchen she thought to make herself some pancakes. After having them with butter, chocolate and honey, her stomach was full of them. Smiling to herself, she decided to go for a run, so leaving a message for Lu Cong that she was going for a run, she changed into Nike's blue t-shirt and black tights, wearing Nike's shoes she went for a run.

It was almost 7 30 when Lu Cong woke up, seeing his bed empty without his wife, he went upto kitchen to see if Zhao Ling was there but the maids told him that she had gone for a run, shaking his head he himself went into his house gym as he himself worked out.

When Zhao Ling came home, Lu Cong was still working out. Going in the gym she saw him shirtless and for the first time in her life she was happy that she left Song Chao. Giggling she caught the attention of Lu Cong who was sweating and his body was soaking wet. Just looking at his abbs made her feel weak in her knees, seeing him like this was just a cherry on the top of cake.

Looking at her expressions Lu Cong smirked, closing the distance between them he slipped his hand on her waist as he pulled her closer. Blushing slightly, she chewed her lip, seeing her like this Lu Cong couldn't control himself anymore as he closed the gap between them kissing her on the lips.

Bewildered by this sudden attack she by mistakely bit his lower lip, and it was enough for him as he lifted her and placed her on table as he aggressively kissed her.

Trying to match his rhythm he plunged his tongue inside her mouth as they kissed like there was no other day.

After their little episode, Zhao Ling ran from that room to have a bath to calm herself down. Changing into blue full sleeves dress which covered up her knees, she went to the kitchen to have a coffee.

Drinking coffee and reading news she saw Lu Cong coming in, in a grey suit looking very hot and sophisticated. Giving her a peck on her forehead he left her drinking her coffee. Suddenly remembering that she wanted to say something she ran behind him calling his name. Turning to look at her he asked her.

"What happened?"

"I don't want to stay in the house....I have to join from day after tomorrow so can we go out today for dinner."

Smiling at her he nodded and said.

"Come to my office directly at 5 pm, I have some documents for you to check....then we will go out."

Smiling she said ohkay and he left keeping her smile in his heart.
