Normal couple

Walking sea side hand in hand was the best thing Lu Cong had ever experienced. Conversing with eachother and getting to know Zhao Ling was something very much important to him. Because he wanted to know her more, as she was going to live with him as his wife.

As they were discussing about their favourite colour Zhao Ling asked him.

"Why is everything grey in your life."

"Because grey is a unique colour."

Laughing at his answer Zhao Ling replied.

"Really, but why is grey your favourite."

"I have unique grey eyes, and grey is colour of no filter... everyone looks same in grey colour...so it's better to look through people."

Hearing his royal reply Zhao ling sat on the sand laughingly, as he sat beside her, as he asked her something which shocked her.

"Why did you chose law as a career, why not something in business administration when you have a company and a name."

No one ever dared to ask her this, not even Song Chao.

Grinning she looked at Lu Cong as she replied.

"Because I wanted to do something on my on, I was always a risk taker, so I took a risk and it didn't pay of the way I wanted...it was the very first failure of my life, following all the disasters I had."

As her eyes shone with sadness she continued.

"I loved him with all my heart, but he cheated on me because of my body. Zhao Ning is my stepsister, but I never treated her like that, but she stabbed me."

When she said this she rubbed her shoulder, seeing her do this Lu Cong just took off his blazer and made Zhao Ling wear it. Smiling she caressed his cheek.

Putting a hand on her shoulders he assured her.

"You are with me now and no one can take you from me, and no one will stab because you are mrs Lu." Beaming at eachother they sat there seeing the waves calmly clash between eachother.

This was first time Lu Cong did something as a normal person. It was the first time they were strolling through the roads hand in hand like a normal couple. Having momo's and other street food items, was something he experienced today.

He was living life for the first time and it was because of the beautiful woman who was standing next to him.

She was a small woman with a courageous attitude, she had the guts to argue with the big brother of business world and most importantly she had a big heart.

As they had dinner of street food items, it was already 9pm so Lu Cong asked Zhao Ling.

"Can we leave?"

Pouting at him she wanted to check many stores but he continued.

"It's 9pm, we should head home now, come on."

Sighing she agreed and they left from there.

Coming home both of them quickly changed, as they were already exhausted by the evening, both of them snuggled up to eachother as they dozed off.

It felt like a minute and there was a loud voice and someone was shaking her up, shielding her eyes from someone she sat up. Rubbing her eyes she saw a outline of a woman, opening them wide she saw Lu Fang sitting on the bedside and her best friend Zhang Bai sitting on her legs.

Laughing both the woman, showed Zhao Ling her photo of sleeping as Zhao Ling grumbled.

" Why are you here?.....where is Lu Cong?"

"Oh he is having breakfast...and get up, get changed we are going out."

As they said this in total enthusiastically way, she sighed and very slowly she went inside to freshen up.

After taking a bath she came out to see a black dress already kept out for her, shaking her head she decided to wear it.

Wearing a black studded dress with a 5 inch black stilettos and leaving her hair open, she went towards kitchen.

When she entered the kitchen, Lu Cong and Lu Fang were arguing about something.

"I have already said no."

Lu Cong stated blankly, but Lu Fang was not backing down as she once again argued.

"What, no! we are taking her without your bloody bodyguards."

As soon as Lu Cong heard this he growled furiously.

"Mind your language and I said no."

As soon Zhao Ling heard it she quickly sat down beside Lu Cong and took his hand in hers, calming him down.

Taking deep breaths he calmly said.

"With bodyguards or no going out."

Knowing she was fighting a losing battle Lu Fang slumped back in her chair. Looking at the brother sister duo, Zhao Ling decided to liven the atmosphere, as Zhao Ling said.

"ohkay.....now where are we going?"

Hearing her enthusiasm, Lu Fang once again excitedly told her everything as she forgot about the quarrel.

After hearing everything Lu Cong whispered in her ear.

" Go safely, bodyguards will be around."

"I don't want to go, I might see Zhao Ning there."

"No need to go.....but if you go, don't let that woman off."

As he said this in a serious whisper, Zhao Ling nodded as grabbed her head softly and kissed her forehead in front of the girls, making them stunned. Lu Cong was someone who had never shown affection to anyone and suddenly Lu Fang could see him behaving his age.

Giggling at the scene, both of them took hold of Zhao Ling as they left Lu Cong in a irritated and exasperated mode.
