NOPI 68: Showing my ruthlessness to the Bullies

Sephine's POV

I'm currently watching Charles preparing to eat my dishes.

Napakagakat na ako ng labi ko't unconsciously ay napapigil na ng hininga nang sumubo na siya.

After a few seconds of chewing, he looked at me- no, he stared at me.

"It's.."

*gulp

"It's what?" tanong ko't agad namang siyang uminom ng tubig at natawa

"Hahaha! Seph, what kind of an expression is that? You're a cook, right? So of course, it tastes good" sagot niya kaya naman napa-pout na ako

"Importante ang opinyon mo sa akin, okay? Way to ruin the mood, hero" sagot ko pabalik at ipinatong na ang chin ko sa mga palad ko't pinanood nalang siyang kumain

"Masarap man o hindi, sabihin ko paring masarap as long as you're the one who made it and it will make you happy" dagdag niya kaya naman napangiti na ako kaagad

"Smooth talker,"

"Only for you,"

Nakangiti lang ako habang pinapanood siyang kumain.

Time after time, I also put some food on his plate and waited for his appraisal. When he was done eating, we headed straight to his room and sat on his sofa.

He's leaning on the sofa while I'm leaning on him.

It's something simple, pero sapat na para puniin ng kilig at saya ang puso ko.

I could wish for time to stop like this forever.

But of course, it won't stop and definitely not forever.

So I just have to treasure this moment while it still lasts.

We're now watching a movie about a gang leaders that are having a hard time confessing their feelings for each other. For some reason, it's very funny and painful at the same time.

"Charles,"

"Hmm?"

"Alam mo ba nung sinabi kong magtiwala ka sa akin at kaya kong asikasuhin 'tong isyung 'to, wala akong balak na burahin at kalabanin 'yung thread na 'yon" sabi ko't agad naman siyang tumango

"For some unknown reason, napaisip ako na hindi ka magre-retaliate sa thread na 'yn so.. I had to make a move" sagot niya kaya naman napangiti na ako

"So what were you trying to imply when you said to trust you and that you can handle this kung hindi mo binalak na gawan ng paraan ang thread na 'yon, Seph?" tanong niya kaya naman sumeryso na ako

"Okay lang naman kung ako lang ang napasok sa scandal pero 'yung isali pa ang lahat ng mga kaibigan ko at lalong lalo na ikaw don? I'm not going to put up with it anymore. I'm going to find out who made that thread and give them a piece of my mind" sagot ko dahilan kung bakit siya natawa

"And do you already know who that person is?" tanong niya kaya naman tumango na ako kaagad dahilan kung bakit niya ako pinat sa ulo

"That's my girl. You really have so much in you. This is a new side of you. Haha. So what about the person who posted the thread then?" tanong niya kaya naman sumeryoso na ako

"That person actually doesn't own a single account. In contrary, napakarami niyang account. After niyang i-post ang thread, ginamit niya ang ibang mga account niya para gawin itong viral at talagang ginamit niya pa ang mga ito para mag-post ng mga comments. It's like adding oil to the fire. It was a one-man show" sabi ko't tinignan na si Charles

"And?"

"Of course, I didn't really plan on beating that person up. I just wanted that person to erase the thread they made. Pero sa tingin ko, wala nang use 'yon. The damage has already been done. Kahit na nanalo ako sa laban na 'to, dahil dinamay niya kayo't dahil sa mga pinagsasabi niya sa internet, napaisip na ako. Sumosobra na siya kaya naman sa tingin ko tama lang na lumaban ako. After all, this isn't some simple bullying pranks and tactics like what the usual bullies do" dagdag ko

The entire room was silent.

Charles didn't say a single word and just stared at me which is why I blinked my eyes and stared at him in bewilderment.

"What's wrong? Bakit ganyan ka kung makatingin sa akin?" tanong ko pero ngumiti lang siya saka ako niyakap

"Nothing, napaisip lang ako. Hindi siguro dahil nila subukang galitin ka, you could be both scary and cute at the same time," sagot niya kaya naman natawa nalang ako

"What? Na-turn off ka ba?" tanong ko pero napangiti na siya

"Nope, it turns me on" sagot niya dahilan kung bakit ako namula

I know that we're talking about an entirely different thing, but I couldn't help thinking that what he said just now could actually be heard and understood differently by other people.

Pero who cares? Sino bang hindi sasaya kapag naka-rinig ng walang katapusang puri galing sa taong gusto niyo? I don't know about the others but for me, I love it. Hahaha.

"So I guess you want to face that person on your own then," sabi niya kaya naman tumango na ako

"Yup, kung payagan mo ako, thas is" sagot ko dahilan kung bakit siya napangiti't tumawa

"Of course, of course. No one bullies my woman, but it's fine if my woman's the one who does the bullying" sagot niya kaya naman natahimik ako't tinitigan siya

Seeing that he was serious, I didn't have any reaction and anything to say.

"........"

I'm speechless.

Hindi okay na binubully ako ng iba pero okay lang kapag ako na ang nambully?

That's just too much pampering! I'll be spoiled by then!

After naming matapos ang ilang movies na prinepare ni Charles ay hinatid niya na ako sa dorm ko't nagpaalam na.

Pagkapasok na pagkapasok ko naman sa kwarto ko, dumiretso na ako kaagad sa study table ko't binuksan na ang laptop ko.

Binuksan ko na ang School Forum at gumawa ng account.

Username? Hmm. Dahil 'NotLookingForTrouble' 'yung sakanya, 'LookingForTrouble' ang akin.

Pagkabasa ko palang ng username ko ay agad na akong natawa. I think people would have already figured out that this is me but that's fine. Other than tracking my IP address, they wouldn't have any other ways to prove that it's me.

After kong gumawa ng account ay agad na akong nag-compose ng thread, 'Female Student Flirts Around With Different Guys Everyday ---NOT'

Natawa ako ulit dahil ginaya ko ulit 'yung sa post niya.

I'm seriously going to squeeze every last drop of this joke now. Dahil nga una ay sa post ni Charles ngayon naman ay sa akin. Hahaha. I wonder if ang mga susunod na gagawa ng thread ay ito ang gagamitin nila as their header sa school forum? I can't wait to witness and see. Hahaha

After typing, I immediately downloaded the photos I collected the time I sacrificed staying up all night and even added some 'words of wisdom' in the end to give them a piece of my mind.

Nang matapos nang madownload ang photos ay nag-stretching na ako saka ito pinost.

At since ito ang kasagutan ko sa post nung gumawa ng thread sa akin ay dapat lang na gawin 'to sa style na gamit niya.

Ganito siya gumawa ng posts so in the end, ginagaya ko lang siya. It's like feeding them their own medicine.

Pagkabasa ko nung notice ay napangiti na ako.

This is what you call showing your ruthlessness to the bullies.

After making sure that my account's beginning to have non-stop notifications, I took a night bath and brushed my teeth and dove right straight to bed.

It's the bully's time to get fcked up.
