Chapter 33: Let's leave that unsaid for now

Ashley's POV

Seeing that I was walking in their direction, the boys were scared out of their wits that they couldn't even move and just stared at me.

"Son of a general?" tanong ko, I made sure to fix my cold voice and made it more coquettish than ever

When I saw a weak looking guy blush, I faintly smiled and went straight to him causing all the other guys to walk backwards - at least a meter away from us.

"My name's Ashley, you are?" tanong ko dahilan kung bakit siya napatulala sa akin.

Well, this isn't new so I'm not really shocked nor flattered.

"D-D-Dean," tumango naman ako't agad na inabot ang kamay ko sa leeg niya

Seeing that he was holding his breath, I smirked. Don't you just love the effect you can give on other people? For some reason, in comparison to love and affection, I love to instill the effect of fear the most.

But of course, only to those who deserve it.

I grabbed his tie and fixed it, skillfully tugging it and making sure that it was flat and clean.

"I don't beat people up for no good reason and if its people like you – who don't judge people like me.. I'll be gentle," bulong ko dahilan kung bakit nagulat siya't biglaang nag blush

And my girls followed after me.

Nang marinig ko na ang usapan nila't sinundan ng tawanan nila Kath ay itinaas ko na ang chin ko't ibinalik ang poker face ko.

"His father's name?" tanong ko nang makapasok na kami sa building namin

"Yes, the target wasn't him. It was General Carlo Monterverde, the owner of the Imperial Dungeons – the only bar we can't receive exclusive passes on. But since General Carlo and Boutros are close friends, it should be enough for the plan" sagot niya

"So we could use his crush on me, right?" tumango naman siya kaagad

"Poor guy, he literally just got caught up on a trap" bulong ni Tori kaya naman natawa sina Alice at Kath

"Give me his son's – Dean's details. His schedules, favorite places, likes and dislikes and specially.. his list of girls" sagot ko kaya naman tumango na siya kaagad

The moment we entered the room, we were greeted by someone's cold aura – Zac's aura to be precise.

Tahimik ang mga estudyante't halata sa mga ekspresyon nila na kulang nalang ay konting gulat at magsisitakbuhan na sila palabas ng room.

Tinignan ko na si Zac nang mapansin kong nakatingin siya sa akin.

Kumunot ang noo ko the next second. Fcking hell. He just rolled his eyes from me.

I just clicked my tongue and immediately went straight to our seats.

"Zac, ano bang problema mo? Natatakot 'yung mga kaklase natin sayo," rinig kong bulong ni Ashton pero wala na akong narinig na sagot kaya naman nasabi kong hindi siya pinansin ng mokong

"Tsk. Should we just cut classes today?" tanong naman ni Ian pero wala ding sumagot sakanya

Kahit ano pa atang gawin nila, hindi nila mapapalabas ng classroom at hindi nila maibabalik sa normal si Zac. Good riddance, ayusin niyo nga 'yan!

Parang kahapon lang ang bait bait at ang sweet sweet niya sa akin tapos ngayon—wait what? What the hell. He wasn't sweet, okay? He was just nice and kind and gentl—Ash, get a grip of yourself! He's even acting like he doesn't know you now! Tsk.

"H-hoy, bakit parang ikaw din may kakaibang awrang pinapalabas? Hindi pa ba sapat 'yung suppressing aura nung nasa likod mo?" tanong ni Kath pero hindi ko siya sinagot at tinaas na ang paa ko't ipinatong sa upuan sa harapan ko

Dahil lalaki 'yung nasa harapan ko ay nagulat ako nung nag blush siya bigla't umurong ng konti para i-accommodate nag paa ko para makapatong ako ng maayos.

Nang makita ko 'yon ay tinanguhan ko nalang 'yung lalaki causing him to smile sheepishly.

Tsk. Ang gwagwapo talaga ng mga taga Gaein Academy.

It's kind of shocking that they're blushing so easily just because of a simple touch and gesture. Mapapa-assume tuloy akong may gusto sa akin 'tong mga mokong eh.

"TSK," kumunot ang noo ko nang marinig ko si Zac na nakaupo lang sa likuran ko which caused the whole room to be on a chilly atmosphere once again

Ano ba talagang problema nito? Nandadamay pa ng ibang tao eh.

Nahahawaan ang ibang tao't nababadtrip din.

Alice's POV

I pursed my lips and peeked at Ian who was smiling helplessly and currently scratching his head.

Nang makita niya akong nakatingin sakanya ay nawala na ang ngiti niya't agad siyang nag pout dahilan kung bakit pinigilan kong tumawa at nag shrug nalang.

Aba malay ko ba kung bakit ganito ang lagay ng classroom ngayon.

Parang kahapon lang magkaibigan pa 'yung dalawang ice blocks pero ngayon para silang dalawang magnets – they keep on clashing with each other.

May nangyari ba kagabi or kanina nung na hindi sila magkasama at nagkikita?

O hindi kaya kaninang umaga?

"Good morning class, I'll only make an announcement and you will be dismissed after," sabi nung guro kaya naman imbis na mag cheer ang mga estudyante sa saya ay nagce-celebrate nalang sila internally

After all, malakas pa rin ang aura nung dalawang ice blocks at natatakot pa rin ang class na mag-ingay dahil baka malabasan sila ng galit nung dalawa.

Even if we deny it or not, those two ice blocks are the leaders of the Gaein Academy and Public Colleges which were both known as ruthless fighting freaks.

Nang mapansin ng guro ang mga conflicted na mga ekspresyon ng mga estudyante ay agad siyang natawa at napapalakpak.

"Ang babait naman ng mga estudyante ko't they felt conflicted about having an early dismissal. Don't worry guys, dahil malapit lapit na ang anniversary at ang annual Gaein Academy School Festival, magkakaroon lang ng meeting ang mga faculty at magre-resume din ang classes after two hours or so kaya naman huwag kayong mag alala" masayang sabi ni ma'am kaya naman nagpigil kami ng tawa nila Kath at Tori

What a misunderstanding. So funny. Hahahaha

"So only two individuals were absent yesterday; Zac and Ashley. Whether they have excuses or not doesn't matter, they will have to do the punishment. They're going to perform in the event on the final day of the festival of Gaein Academy"

Upon hearing the punishment, everyone was obviously shocked up until to the point of no return.

Envy, doubtful, fear and shock was all written on each and everyone's faces.

Envy from the girls who liked Zac and the boys who liked Ashley, doubtful of whether or not the two would do the punishment, scared because the two might get angry for it and shocked because out of all the 50 students In class, it had to be the two leaders from the two rival schools. Everyone's reactions were unbelievable.

Of course, except sa akin dahil wala namang nakakapagtaka dun. Isa lang naman ang nasa isip ko sa mga panahon ngayon. Looking at the both of them – the indifferent Zac and the expressionless Ashley, imagining them practicing and performing at the event on the final day of the festival of Gaein Academy, I don't think it's a punishment at all.

I even think and believe that it's a reward.

They're practically going to spend time together.

And of course.. sooner or later.. I might get to ship and witness their love story for real.

Pero HAH! Sinong niloloko ko? I don't think Ashley wants to fall in love.

Pero the answer to whether she wants to or not.. I don't know. I think we'll just leave that unsaid for now.

"That's all. You guys are dismissed"
