The Choi family home.

Choi Mu-Young, Dan-Bi's father invited her to his study. She did not believe her ears at first when he called her to see him. She had a bad feeling of what is to come but she still followed obediently into the study. After taking her seat, Mr Choi cleared his throat and spoke with a soft voice.

"Hmm hmm... Choi Dan-bi my daughter, I have good news for you, it's something great and you are the biggest beneficiary."

"You do know that the Choi family has a good relationship with the Jang family, I have been friends with Jang Chul-Soon since I learnt to crawl. "

"You know his son Jang Seung-Heon, I know you like him a lot, therefore the two of us decided to arrange an engagement between the two of you. Dan-Bi was shocked, ' I knew this will not be well ' she said to herself. If anyone told her that her dad would trade her for his ambitions, she would not believe at least not in this lifetime.

" Dad, I am not interested in this, I can't do this, I am not doing this" she shakes her head to let the old man know that she is not interested.

Choi Mu-Young's smile disappeared immediately. " why not?, It's your chance to prove yourself worthy of the Choi name. I am not asking for your consent, the decision has been made. I am not going back on my word, what do you want Jang Chul-Soon to think of me? . Its final!!!"

Actually, Mr Choi did it for Dan-Bi, Mr Jang didn't ask for anything in return, it was him who proposed the idea to Jang Chul-Soon and the latter had no problem about the arrangement, thus he agreed.

He really cared about her, but he despised her for her rude and arrogant attitude and the way she distanced herself from everyone. That was his reason, he had no other intentions he only used his ambitions as excuse.

Not knowing that Dan-Bi's transformation is a result of someone else's impact, he arranged an engagement with Seung-Heon. Feeling innocent and just, he believed that the news about Dan-Bi was just a rumour, she is still as arrogant as ever for her to reject his help this way. He would not accept such an attitude from his daughter, ' I gave birth to you, not the other way around, therefore you must obey my instructions!!!'.

" Dad I am not getting engaged with someone I don't like." Dan-Bi said, tears already forming in her eyes.

"Madam Choi, good day,.... I think I should go after her" Seung-Heon greeted before turning around and followed Dan-Bi. He came here for her, if she leaves, he has nothing to stay for.

Outside Dan-Bi did not wait for her driver to prepare the car, she exited the mansion angrily, the driver himself did not bother to make a move since Seung-Heon already got into his car to go after her.

Dan-Bi trekked on the sidewalk while Seung-Heon drove slowly beside her beckoning for her to get in.

"Dan-Bi what happened, get in the car and don't stress your legs." Seung-Heon said caringly.

"I came here for you, why are you angry, what happened, why did you leave the mansion angrily.?"

Dan-Bi didn't respond to him at all, she immediately put a call through to someone.

" Hi.... Where are you?, I want to see you" she spoke calmly but in a very unusual way.

"Dan-Bi, what's the matter, you sound sad, is anything wrong?" Yo-Han asked worriedly, from her voice he knew something was wrong, she never sounded like this, she is always lively and humourous.

"I am fine, where are you?"

"Well, If you say so, but you don't sound like you are doing fine,...I just finished a meeting at the Sun Hotels and I am just exiting the venue, why did you ask?"

"Wait for me, I am close by" she said as she increased her pace escaping from Seung-Heon and rushed to her knight in shining armor.

She felt the need to pour out her heart to someone and he was the first that came into her mind... She thought of going to her Nana but she doesn't want to stay a second under that roof now.

Seung-Heon was not happy that she was ignoring him, his expression darkened because he hated the fact that she called someone else just to get away from him. He was mad at whoever that person is. Still he quietly drove his car after her.
