A Friendly Battle: Drake Vs Rex

After they arrived at the training grounds, they immediately got to work since they didn't have much time.

The ground was big, there were many variations too.

Many instruments were also present and out of them, one of the instruments could measure mana quality and the other could measure the quantity.

"Alright Rex, first place your right hand on this transparent crystal ball and channel your mana into it.", the principal said.

Rex did as he was told to.

He placed his right hand on the transparent crystal ball and channeled his mana. 

For about a minute, there was no reaction. Yes, the crystal ball remained the same way as it was earlier.

He looked at the principal whose eyes were wide open. He then looked at Drake and Nova whose jaws almost dropped.

"Um, is the crystal ball faulty?", Rex asked.
