Episode 3.13: Doll in the house[End of Arc1]

"Shush... They will be gone by now..." He noticed a small nod that instantly wash his worries away. They can't get caught by the guards but at the same time, they can't make a single move to escape. "Your highness!... Where are you...!" Exhaustion creeps on their face. It's been an hour since the last attempt. Can't they just go?

"Maybe his highness is not here... Let's stop the search, his highness will return soon"The butler shook his head at the commander. Commander Zion, the eldest royal knight comply with his request. This prince definitely will find his way home, they need to be patient and wait for his return. "I can see that... Let's turn back to the palace..." He orders all the guards to moved back. They are very exhausted and inevitably receive the order and strides back towards the palace. They can't stay any longer. This prince will become more stubborn and mostly will not return until the sunsets. It's a fine thing that the majesty didn't mind his rude behaviour...

"Are they gone...?" Ava whispers through his ears. They need to avoid any disruption and get caught. "Yes... They are..." Alfred pulls her closer while peeking through a small hole. As he thought that they wouldn't search too thoroughly for him. These men are not very loyal to him, they are just fulfilling their job as royal guards. He brings them out of under the tree and immediately escapes deeper into the forest. Before the grave, there will be a passage that will bring them to the main sign. He needs to get there fast. "I hope there will be someone there who can help..." Ava settles in his grip without a single fight. She is too drowsy from the lack of air and this body cannot be restrained. "You can go to sleep... I'll be here with you..." The words comforted her to plunge into a deep slumber...

"Clip Clop Clip Clop... "

The girl is awakened by the loud sound of a galloping horse. The strays of lights pierced her eyes as she tries to open it"Where are we...?" Alfred looks down to sees that the girl is awake but still in a blurry session. " We have arrived, young lad" An old traveller makes a reveal through the curtains. "Alright, I am grateful for your help sir... Thank you for bringing us here..." Alfred drops a bag of gold coins before stepping out from the wooden carriage whilst pulls her along. For the first time in a while, Ava steps on the ground. It's incredible how long he holds onto her, she must thank him latterly. "Shall we enter..." Ava nods, following his footsteps towards her grave. Her heart skips a beat once they reach her mother. Unconventionally, she cries on the spot. Reserved, small sobbing could be heard through the gravels but none of them is alive accept for her and the man behind. Alfred watches the girl break down in tears silently. He doesn't know the hurt to lost your love ones and mostly your only mother. His mother is not yet dying but he never experienced even a little bit of affection from her. They really did have a lot in common...

"Can you wait outside?" Ava gently falls to the ground. Her knees, both support her tiny legs to sit down while staring quietly at the rusty grave. Alfred sigh before returning to the main gate. She should be given some times. "I'll wait there... Make sure that this doesn't take too long " He eventually left her be for a juncture of time. Once his presence is unnoticeable, Ava takes out the locket and the statue and place them on the ground. "Hello... Madam. Your daughter is not here anymore. It's Ava, I am the one who is possessing her body right now..." She stares at the grave waiting for her response. But of course, the dead will be gone. Cheng pops out of his space and sat on her lap. "Are you sure that this place is the last clue?" He stretches and fans himself. "If this didn't work, then I will find another strategy..." Ava is determined to complete the missions... "I see..."

The screen shines blinding lights that bind the whole gravels area and quickly dissolve in the small locket. The golden locket changes into silvery-white glints that gleam in every second as if begging for her to unlock it. Cheng shockingly hides behind her back while Ava picks it up off the floor. "Take your hands off me!..." The boisterous scream catches her awareness. 'The prince is caught!' Ava expects the royal guards to surround the place but something unexpected came in replace...."What is he doing here!" Cheng subconsciously stands in front of Ava, attempting to protect her. The girl holds the locket close to her heart. This is a bad sign. she glares her entire notoriety towards him. Her glares are compelling and it's clear that she is in a disastrous threat!... "Well, well, well... Look who we got here? The brainless girl and the rumoured useless crown prince? ... Ahh... What a delightful sight to behold...!"...

"EZEKIEL ROSS..!!, you don't dare to move closer...! " her feet moved towards her mother's grave. Hearing his laugh is sickening as she tries to hold back. Her eyes shift towards the prince."Run!... I will be fi-..." The man pulls the trigger and shot Alfred's right legs then witnessing his screaming mess. He smiles... ears to ears...enjoying the bloody scene in front of his eyes. Yes, he is crazy. Even the crown prince will not escape his grasp...

"Stop...! Let go of him...!" Ava cries in anger seeing that the only person she is indebted to now is in massive amounts of pain. "I will not let you take another from me!...." But how! She can't save him with only bare hands. Her eyes constantly shift to the side, her brain searching for answers in every corner for them to get out, her fingers grip the silver locket hardly. 'What should I do... What should I do... What should I do...' These words keep playing games in her head "Still don't want to return the locket?..." Her brain is triggered by his threat. No, she can't give this to him or they'll never get home. "N...no. You are the one who stole it from ME!" her trembling voice is enough for him to take another leg away. "Aagggh....!" Alfred cries out his pains but his hand doesn't stop signing for her to go. The evil men didn't give them a small chance as he crushes the flailing hand with his boot. "Return it... Or D.I.E.!....." He is crazy! Yes, even if he dies her daughter will stay alive and that's what he wants. That is his only goal for remaining alive...

"Return the locket or D.I.E, you hear me!..." Her teeth clench harshly feeling the strains in her veins. Ezekiel shot a bullet which she avoids by falling to the ground. Her bones crash with one another from the impact. "S****, that hurts like hell..." She doesn't have much time to progress before a shot forcibly buried inside her flesh. She screams endlessly, clutching her bleeding stomach. The locket falls out of her grip which easily taken by the man. He kneels, seeing that she is struggling to snatch it back from him. Her eyes filled with endless hatred seeking for any ways possible to kill him. "Tsk, tsk, tsk, I hope you learn something from this... Just like your mother...she is a lot more obedient than you"... Jasmine's body is shaking from madness. So that's what the missing information is about. " You... Kh...you kill her..."

Ezekiel forms a calm expression before settling on the dirt. He stares at the grave and proceeds to look at the bloody girl. His hands frequently rubbing Aisha's grave with a sad expression but then he squeezes before letting it go...

"Yes, I did... I am the one who ends her life..."
